    got remote home and inserted bttys then did setup procedure as directed. unit worked for a moment to bring up setup screens then froze dead. called amazon for trouble shooting assistance and they deemed product was DOA. immediately replaced device on their nickel and gave me free RMA. Amazon is tops in cust service. Best Buy, can't say since they sold me defective item.
