Not as good as Roku

The Alexa feature is really not that good and it's very hard for it to decipher any of the words that I'm saying. Plus the fire stick doesn't do a great job of staying connected to the USB port

The stick works fine with no help of the remote

It is impossible to get the back off in order to install the batteries. When I finally got it open, the clip inside for the battery broke. Very inferior piece of equipment. TheRoku is a much better device.

Or have a Amazon Prime acct...costing like $100/yr. Winds up being a very expensive endeavor, Nooo Thanks :( Returning item ASAP!

Remotes have to be sent back too much

Not Good!!

The stick did not work, could not get the remote to pair with the stick, and tried several ways as recommended by the manufacture. Finally took back to Best Buy and got a ROKU. No problems and fired up right away. Customer service rep, stated they have had issues with the fire stick and remote. I believe since experiencing first hand. Do not recommend.
