This worked as advertised and can be used with other services to cut out the cable bill. I don't know why people pay so much for cable TV it's crazy. This works well and can be used with different services.

It works well! It is easy to set up and the interface is intuitive. I have an Apple TV, but wanted something to stream Prime Video. The remote will connect to Alexa in the cloud, but it will not control an Echo.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick works great! I've had a little trouble with the voice part, but when you speak slowly and enunciated it does work. The ease of locating shows is very good. So much so that I'm considering dropping my cable TV.

This thing is amazing, I've been a prime member for over 2 years now and wish I bought this stick 2 years ago. Prime videos,games,music all on this stick, plus a bunch of other apps like Netflix,HBO go, showtime

Very easy to install and setup. Can also install Kodi on it, which makes it even better. For me, it also works with my Sony TV remote, making it really sweet. Very good product for the price.

I bought this as an afterthought for a guest bedroom as entertainment. It is now in my bedroom. Excellent product and very easy to use. Will definitely purchase another soon for the family room.

It is a good starter kit for cable cutters. Even better for those who have an Amazon Prime membership since they offer plenty of movies and tv shows "free for prime members"

I wanted a streaming device for the bedroom at our new place and was choosing between all the options. I decided the Amazon Fire TV Stick was perfect as it has all the same streaming options as others PLUS the Amazon Prime Video collection. I've since learned you can even cast to it from your phone for apps like Spotify, Netflix, etc. You can also simply use the apps directly on the fluid GUI as desired. If it was for our living room, I would have gone for the more powerful Amazon Fire TV + 4K resolution (also includes optical audio), but the Fire TV Stick fit all my needs at a nice price!

Thought it would replace my roku, but it's only giving me more reasons to keep it. It doesn't run smoothly, it freezes often and also restarts itself when you're mirroring your screen...my roku never gave me any of these issues.

Couples with other services the Amazon Fire TV Stick is an awesome tool for entertainment. The basic need is an Internet connection. We have 25mbps average speed and have no problem with viewing. There are numerous services that are free that work with the Amazon Fire TV and a few that need a paid subscription. Do your homework and almost everything that people say about what the Amazon Fire TV can do is true, it may take a little work but great for TV and movies.
