Works great and the speed is way better than I thought it would be. Since it is small I take it with me when I am traveling.

It's great to have another setup not on cable tv. We can watch our cable shows and the kids watch the Fire on another TV.

This Fire stick does what you want it too, netflix , amazon prime video, mirror your mobile phone while on same wifi network, device is cool.

I was tired of paying so much for cable that I decided to look for an alternative. A friend suggested the Amazon Firestick TV because it has Developer Options that lets you load 3rd party Apps in addition to the Apps available through Amazon. A month later and I am completely satisfied and have cancelled the cable. So if you are looking to become a "cord cutter" then this is the product for you.

It is very true the Fire stick does overheat all the time. I usually have to take the Stick out and let it cool off before using it again.

I had read good things about the Fire TV Stick and I wanted to be able to access Amazon Prime content easily, but this remote is redundant if you simply install the Fire TV app on your phone or tablet. The app gives you the same functionality (including voice search). That said, if you need a dedicated remote for Amazon content, you can save yourself $10 bucks by getting the basic Fire TV stick without voice search and just use the app.

I bought these fire tv sticks for all my tv in house and for RV as well. Now I have bought them as gifts and they love it.

This literally is a plug and play item. All you need is your amazon account information and to watch the short intro video.

We have two of them and they are great. We replaced the smaller cable boxes with these so it saves money on that too

I have the the Firestick w/out the voice command. And it works great. So I thought it would be fun to up grade. It's fun and easy to use.

Great for taking my amazon prime video whereever I go. Sometimes click response is a little slow. Hard to power down and gets very hot.

my son only using it for YouTube and it has worked with no issue beside the remote stop working and I had to exchange it.
