Horrible

After finally opening it, the remote worked for about 5 minutes then just stopped. Doesn't work anymore and I couldn't even finish the set up. Now, I can't do anything with it and I already tossed the box. Literally can't use it. Even after switching batteries, remote still doesn't work and you can't do anything without it. Not a reliable product.
