Good, depending on your needs

If you are looking to ditch the $13/mo in receiver fees from Time Warner and wanted to watch live TV, then Roku is better as they have a Time Warner app, Fire stick does not. You can watch live TV via a HDTV antenna if you truly are looking to cut the cords or costs.
