The Amazon Fire TV was one of the best purchases I made. If you can afford the extra money towards this Fire TV device than the Amazon Fire Stick then I would do so. It allows you an Ethernet connection rather than just the WiFi the Amazon Fire Stick currently does.

I truly enjoy my firestick.With all the channels and programs I am able to get, I was able to save money on cable. It was one of the best investments I have made. I would give it a 5 star rating, but for some reason had problems with my SMART TV. But all the others work just fine.

I gave this as a gift to my boss for his birthday. Wasn't sure what to get but am sure glad I selected this. He loves it! I have an older Roku stick at home and an AppleTV (yet only one TV, hmm....) but I may need to upgrade and get one of these babies for myself.

I bought this because my DVD player couldn't connect to wifi anymore. It was meant to just be a stop-gap solution until I found a blu-ray player or something else, but Amazon stick has satisfied my immediate and future needs. This little stick is perfect for me.

This is the best way possible to view your Amazon Prime Membership videos. This little stick also has lots of other add-ins such as youtube, etc. Which makes it a really multi-purpose TV stick beyond just what you'd only get with Amazon's video services.

Same as orignal firestick. But definatly a better quality remote

I have 5 TVs in my home all have Amazon Fire TVs. 3 have the fire stick and two have the fire TV box. We have Amazon prime, so we get free prime video and music. The menu is good. We use the Plex. Netflix and Hulu apps as well on it. Everything works great.

I like this product a lot. It's easy to set up and simple to use. Best Buy also price matches it with Amazon. I'm just not a big fan of the interface. It seems really cluddered. I also feel like Amazon is always trying to pitch me content. But over-all it's been very reliable.

This product was more entertaining than I expected. I was skeptical at first but I figured it could always be returned if it didn't reach my expectations. Well it has for the past few months and hopefully more to come!

Makes my tv a equivalent of a smart tv without the price tag

Perfect for turning your smart TV into a tablet-like device. All sorts of great apps available, and YES, you can install 3rd party apps. The voice recognition only works when searching for certain content. You can't use VR to navigate the menus.

We absolutely Love the Amazon Fire Stick! We dropped cable and use the Playstation Vue for a lot of live Tv and Sports Channels!! Amazon has an amazing amount of Movies to watch! We are Amazon Prime Members too, which makes our selection Wonderful!!

I love that I can add multiple apps on this. Added HBO Now and watch all my shows on there along with other free exercise apps for free. HBO was not free unfortunately but I like the remote better than I liked my Chromecast I bought.

Purchased Amazon Fire stick for children. Changed batteries three times in first week. Returned item for new one. Second one works great. Would have rated better but lost a couple hours that I will never get back!

I am very pleased with the Fire Stick, just got to remember it has to be what you call jail broke, I can still get my football games, the only thing I find is that I can not get my local channels, but I was trying to save money on cable bill.

Works great but navigation on the Firestick is slow. After reading and trying out PlayStation vue, it's clear there isn't enough processing power to run Vue. It works, it's just painfully slow. Supposedly, if you want to sue Vue, you need to go with the full Amazon TV.

This was a great Item I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I've been able to watch every movie at the theater because his jailbroken, also watch live TV from different countries

great for streaming. now the voice control, alexa, will work within netflix. wish amazon interface was more user customizable, but basic interface is ok . i am waiting for a firestick with 2gb of ram. would be faster with less buffering.

Love all the aps buy one. Great for movies and games.

I only give it 4 stars due to the fact an error occurs sometimes stating the Firestick is too hot. I have to unplug it and allow it to cool before inserting it back into the USB port on the TV again.
