I love my Kindle eReader Paperwhite. I finally had to charge it almost 4 weeks after I got it and first charged. I love how long the battery lasts. I have no problem seeing screen and reading when outside in the sun. Only thing I wish it also had was an option to listen to audio on it if I wanted to. The size of the Paperwhite is perfect and the weight is minimal.

I was so against getting one but finally caved! This is so easy to use and i take it with my everywhere Perfect for reading outside or on the train

Long lasting was able to read On a week long vacation and didn’t need to charge it once. Love the light to read when it is dark

This is a fantastic EReader - very light and hand hold is just right. Love the backlight feature for reading at night without needing a light on.

Love my kindle paperwhite! Take it everywhere! Light enough to hold or carry, fits in most purses. Can read outside in bright sunlight, has built in adjustable backlight for reading in bed & not disturbing yourbedmate. Lots of storage & battery life is excellent. Highly recommend for purchase if you are looking for a black & white reader only!

This is my first time using a kindle. I love that I can read it in all types of light. the size makes it very portable and it's easy to use.

I have the first generation Kindle Paperwhite and my fiance has the latest and greatest. The screen clarity and response time is greatly improved and it's still being offered at the same price. If you're a bookworm who either reads before bed and/or travels a lot, a Kindle makes a lot of sense. I like that you can dial in the screen brightness so that you can still fall asleep after reading. The battery life is great, too!

Everyone knows how good the Amazon - Kindle Paperwhite is, so when there is a sale on them it is a good time to jump on board. The sales don't last long, so you must be quick. This is a nice little tablet that allows you to get caught up on some of that reading you have been wanting to do, but you never can seem to find enough daylight to do it. Even if your in bright sunlight the anti-glare screen enables you to do your reading. What more can I say, "get yourself in gear and grab one!"

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who was looking for a simple e-reader. He loved it! It is simple without the fancy features of a tablet, but it works for what he wanted - to simply read books. The no-glare screen and optional back light are both great features!

I started with a very old original kindle. Amd have been debating for... Well months if I should upgrade. I kept putting it off. My husband tells me I was dropping subtle hints all the time and he finally decided to pick it up for me and surprise me with it! I was at first a little put off with the rather high price but honestly once I started reading and playing with it... It is definitely worth it! This version more than the $200 one fits my style and in my opinion is better than the pricier one. You won't be disappointed!

I have one of the original kindles (I believe its the second version) with no back light so I thought I might like this one. Although I still prefer paper books for the most part, this is a nice addition. I think, however, that it should cost less for what it does.

backlit screen is excellent for reading in bed. Paper white is excellent for reading in sun. Very compact. Super simple to use.

Screen is easy on the eyes. User friendly. The light is a great feature. No glare when you are reading in a car.

Great e-reader. Enjoy being able to read outside on bright sunny days. No glare. And works great inside as well.

I read at least a few books a month and this has seriously been an incredible purchase. I had previously had a nook that was more of a tablet, but this is just so much better. Long battery life, great size and weight, and coupled with Amazon prime it's a must buy for those running out of shelf space!
