My kids were very excited to open this e-reader on Christmas morning. They both started looking up books etc. Very easy to use, small enough to stick in your purse/bag but big enough to read like a book. Very happy with this purchase.

I love how easy it is to use this kindle product. It is lightweight and screen brightness can be adjusted for eye comfort.

Great little reader, long battery life, light weight, easy on the eyes, I use it at the gym.

You really can't get much better than a Kindle for reading ebooks. The Paperwhite is great as it has a touchscreen and has a backlight for reading in just about any environment.

When back light is off it's just like a paper. Very convenient for reading. For night, back light is so well done that still look natural.

This kindle is the best investment for any avid reader! Unlike an iPad, the kindle can be read in the dark and outdoor easily as it has no glare and includes a built in back light which makes reading a breeze!

I bought it over kindle HD for my kid to encourage his reading instead of internet/game addiction. He completed Harry Potter series in 3 weeks. What a good decision to but it.

I bought this as a gift for my wife, it's the perfect size for commuting on the train, battery is amazing, and so easy to use!

Perfect purchase for the avid readers in my family. Both my son and I enjoy using the Kindle. So much easier than carrying a book around especially when the book is a tome!

Lost my older Kindle touch so needed to purchase a new one. Much the same as the old-which is good, not a hard learning curve. This one however now has the light, which is great. Very light in weight also. Definitely recommend.

I like to have a book in my hand when I read, but needed an electronic book reader for our overseas trip. Kindle Whitepaper was great. will you use when I am eating since there is no pages to hold down like you do with a book.

I had the regular old kindle before. But this came out and I bought one because you can read it in the dark since they added the backlight. I had one before and it was stolen so I had to get another one.

The Kindle Paperwhite is light and I love the backlight. It's great for basic reading

This product was a replacement for the one my husband had which was an older generation. He loves the paperwhite, much easier to read in daylight, he does take it to work with him. He says it is overall better in many ways.

They just keep getting better. My wife used her original kindle with a book light, the lighting is so good on this one it's by by book light. The battery life is amazing
