I have macular degeneration that makes it difficult for me to to read. The Paperwhite allows me to set the font size large enough to read comfortably and the great back lighting really helps also.

Told myself I wouldn't buy another e-reader until it was water-proof. I got this for Christmas and have loved everyday since. It's lighter than carrying most books and it's non-glare and also back lit.

I can now take my Kindle to the beach and read. In the sun. Seems to be much easier on my eyes as well. I can read for much longer without getting tired eyes. Thanks for that.

It is very light and easy to handle. It fits the rack on my treadmill without blocking heart rate info. Took some getting used to but now I like the new home page which shows front cover of the book.

Lightweight, small size that travels easily. Great for reading. Email capable but rather clumsy. I bought because of the long battery life and not to drain phone & iPad as I travel. Great for this purpose!

I really enjoy this kindle, it is simple, easy to use, and small enough to bring nearly everywhere in a purse or bag. I love it for reading at night or outside in the summer.

This e-reader is probably the best you can get. If your like me and don't particularly like reading from computer screens then this product was designed for you. It looks like your reading from paper during the day and the backlight at night is very easy on the eyes. I only wish it was a little bigger.

the Kindle paperwhite is an amazing reader. the battery last for what seems like forever and the clarity of the screen is perfect. The product is also very thin and light, making it easy to take wherever.

Like the feature of adding dictionary. Night light feature is nice. However, it turns super slow sometimes. Once totally no response.

My son loves it, reads every day now. I love the fact, there is no internet/games to destruct him from reading. Small size allows to take it everywhere, wonderful screen for eyes. Just perfect!

I bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Checks out books from the library and reads all the time now. It works in a variety of environments and is so light. Highly recommend.

This is my second Kindle paperwhite! I had mine for more than a year and I love it. My daughter borrowed it and really like the weight and the easy to read screen - not too bright and not to dull.
