So glad I bought the Kindle Paperwhite. I like that it has a built in light, and I can manually adjust it to my liking.

My daughter loves her PaperWhite. I like that it has nothing on it except books so that she can take it to school to read.

I bought one for myself and it is my first kindle. Just love it and got a second as a birthday gift to one of my friends.

Since purchasing the Kindle, I have found myself reading so much more. It’s easier on the eyes than a tablet or phone screen. Incredibly convenient having entire library in one place and easy to add and discover new books. Really easy setup and use - the tap to turn the page seems so natural.

Don't over pay for things you don't need or want. Great value for a reader ! Just we were looking for and works good.

Just as advertised. Stunning bright white HD font. It's easier to read than an actual book. My eyes do not get fatigued.

I have for decades an advocate for hardback books. Over time my biggest concern now is space. The Kindle device is perfect for travel, long wait lines and for pure volume of collections. Unfortunately in todays fast paced electronic age there is not a lot of room for hardback books. Kindle has solved that problem.

I love my Paperwhite, I go no where without it! I love it so much more now that I have a waterproof case to keep it in.

My old kindle died, so I got a new one. There were only two options available, so I got the one that has a backlight. It's very easy to read on the beach in bright sunlight. And I love the backlight. It doesn't strain my eyes like the iPad does

Light weight, charge lasts for upto a week and can read pretty much anytime of the day indoor or outdoor ... very happy to have this e-reader

I'm an avid book reader and I usually wil fill up my iPad with books from the kindle app. But reading anywhere where there's light is very difficult with the glare. I bought the kindle paper white to solve my dilemma and it did. It's so compact that I can fit it in my pocket. I love this device!

I was confused between Amazon fire and Kindle when buying this as both were in the same price range. But i would say that i made the right choice by picking the specialized Kindle reader. This is the closest experience to actual book-reading and sometimes even more convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first eReader, and it does not disappoint. It's comfortable to hold and it's easy on the eyes for extended reading. The adjustable controls for lighting work great. The only negative for me is that the eBooks my library system uses are not compatible with it. If this is an issue check first.

I bought this tablet for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! He reads pdf's from work on this tablet and can easily study with it. He says it doesn't hurt his eyes and I couldn't have purchased a better gift for him. If you're thinking about it, go for it and get it! I got a pretty good deal on it, $100!!

i love my Kindle, i read more and enjoy reading more now that i have it. It is easy to use and you can take it anywhere.. I love the way i can change the text, read in any kind of light, just press on a word to get its definition and highlight sections and then view them all at one time.

I'm very happy with my Kindle. It is very practical to carry, easy to upload books into, and I love the screen. It is very easy on the eyes.

On a regular book I can’t read for long periods of time because something about it hurts my eyes. Not this. Also with kindle unlimited and the narration that often goes with it I’ve been going through several books a week. Has definitely changed my quality of life. Totally get it.

This was smaller than I expected, I guess I should have read the dimensions next time, but I love this! I will have my textbooks and random novels. I enjoy the ability to borrow books. This kindle is great because it is backlit and no need to a reading light. I take it everywhere !!!

It has a very nice screen to read ebook, and once it is charged, it can work several days.
