Kindle Whitepaper Reader is a replacement for my original Kindle. I like the fact that the Whitepaper has a back light so you can easily read in low light situations. Also, the non glare screen makes it so easy to read in bright sunlight.

He wanted something simple - just to read books - this is perfect.

I never thought that I would need an e-reader since I have the samsung Note, but I am now would not read on the Note anymore. The paperwhite makes reading so much better, my eyes don't feel tired as quick with the paperwhite. Highly recommended!!!

I love reading books electronically, but the glare from screens really tires my eyes out. This kindle makes reading books easy and fun at the same time. I never have to deal with my eyes being strained anymore.

Best purchases I've made when it comes to items for reading. Battery lasts for days and weeks. The lighting source is awesome and adjustable. I recommend this to everyone who wants to have a book on the go but not carry anything too heavy.

i enjoy reading in many different situations... that is on an airplane ,at the airport the beach, pool ,at home or in the dentist office and almost everywhere else i happen to be. this product is easy to use,easy to read and easy to carry with me.

Had this device for years. Worked and continues to work as well as I hoped. After all these years and using the latest Kindle devices (Oasis) it does feel a little slower but again this was close to the same price. Worked well enough I’m considering getting the latest Paperwhite. In another interesting color.

I purchased this item for my father and he loves it. It has long battery life and you can enjoy the light weight feel just about anywhere thanks to its slim design. He brings this with him on cruises and when traveling.

I enjoy my Kindle reader so much that I bought one for my granddaughter. She loves to read and what better gift than a reader? My subsequent gifts for her will be Amazon gift cards to keep her reading. You can't buy a better reader!

So easy to set up and use. Downloading books from the library has never been easier. Had an older Nook before this and the weight is similar. Liked the Nook button on the back to turn it off better than this one located on the bottom edge.
