You are also able to use audio book options in this way through Audible where you can read along with a book while it is professionally narrated. This option may require a purchase of both the Kindle and Audible version of some books or can sometimes be coupled with a Kindle Unlimited and Audible subscription service. We are so happy to hear your father is excited about his Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition! For ads, you can remove them by following the steps below if they bother him. On the device, you can go to settings, tap manage your devices, select devices, and then select your Kindle e-reader or Fire tablet. Under Special Offers, click Remove offers. A pop-up window then displays the price to remove ads. Select End Offers and Pay the Fee to proceed.
