The paper white is also less strain on my eyes and no glare! I can’t wait to take this on vacation and read on the beach, I take it in my car whenever I have time I’ll read or on my lunch hour at work. So convenient and 100% happy with this purchase! Sometimes you can experience ghosting like this on eInk devices such as Kindles but it should only be temporary. And like you mentioned, one way to resolve this is to change how often your page is refreshing. Typically, if you have it set to refresh more often, this ghosting image will disappear upon page turns where you see the screen turn black and then come back to normal briefly. If it is not doing this, I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 for further troubleshooting and to explore your options. Absolutely horrible and glitchy and only fast if you don't have to download anything! Put on a charger for over 6 hours and still didn't get a full charge. Only had it off the charger for an hour and it's at 88% horrible! Save your money!
