They also said it was gonna arrive before Christmas which was not true as it arrived 2 weeks after just for them to cancel my order.

I will never buy a kindle again, cost me close to $200 and it was a gift for my elderly mother. And of course no returns or money back after 30 days.

Thank you for the feedback on the Kindle Paperwhite. I am sorry to hear of the performance issues you have been experiencing. A factory reset is suggested in some cases for troubleshooting, this will return the device to it's original factory settings and remove all personal data, downloaded content, and content that has been synced. To factory reset the device, follow these steps: 1. From the home screen, swipe down to open the Quick Actions or select Menu. 2. Select Settings or All Settings. 3. Go to Device Options or select Menu. 4. Select Reset. 5. When prompted, select Yes to confirm. Upon completion of a factory reset, your device is deregistered from your Amazon account. To use the device, register it again. If these steps do not help, and you are still having functionality issues you can call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance on the device. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331. I hope this information is helpful, thank you!
Customer service/delivery problem

I had to make multiple attempts to have order replaced at original price. Ridiculous, unsatisfying customer service through chat feature....they agreed to replace it yet instead cancelled with no follow up.

Now with this…it is much smaller, lighter and works well even out in the sunshine! I can set the type so I don’t need my reading glasses! I keep it in my purse as it is great when waiting anywhere…makes the time go by quickly! And did I mention the battery life? iPad, one day…this thing, weeks!!!!

I always liked the idea of a kindle and wanted one for a while and finally pulled the trigger. So far it has been great i like having thousands of books on one device its small and lightweight but the screen is a perfect size. Its nice having something i can take on road trips or anywhere else i decide. Make sure to get a case for it its not necessary but yiu dont want to take any chances. If your thinking about buying one just do it you will not regret it.

The battery last forever, even with using it every day. It's light weight and easy to fit in bags if i decide i want to bring it with me somewhere. Can't recommend this enough!
