    Fan of kindle app and KU read about 15 books a month and i just hate this paperwhite. It is so limiting. Just to read and when you are used to the app it is not good enough

    Purchased back in May of 2023. It stopped working almost 8 months. Wont charge whatsoever I followed the recommendations to reset the kindle and nothing worked.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips for you to try to resolve the issues: For wireless charging: Be sure to place your Kindle in the center of the charging device. If you’re using a "Made for Amazon" dock, your Kindle should be in portrait mode.
      Most charging devices have an LED that lights up when the Kindle is charging. Refer to your product guide for more information.
      Be sure that your charging dock is connected to power.
      If your Kindle is in a cover: Make sure the cover flap doesn’t get in the way of the charging device, or try removing the cover.
      Restart your Kindle. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds or until the device reboots. For wired charging: The charger or cable may be faulty. Try using a different charger or cable to see if that resolves the issue.
      The charging port on the Kindle may be dirty or damaged. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth and check for any visible damage. If you are still having issues with the functionality of the Echo Dot, Amazon Customer service is available 24/7 for assistance on the device. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331.
