Was not capable of completing the simplest of tasks when it came to the PDF functionality that was described. Returned and paid roughly $180 more for an iPad Air and much happier which is unfortunate, because I primarily wanted a device to read my library, take brief notes and do an occasional PDF import, mark-up and export on the case study.

I had to returned it because it did not support the journals that i purchased on Amazon

the product is good but it is very fragile. The scribe broke all of a sudden

VERY SLOW SYSTEM, ONLY PURCHASED DUE TO SLEEP PROBLEMS WITH SAMSUNG

Works well for an about a week, then during the page turn, black variant of page flickering for a second before page actually turns. That’s getting worse and really annoying. Restarted and reset few times, but issue is not going away, will return

Really slow wish it was color but not worth the price

I like the hardware and they’ve made it super nice to handle. The size makes it comfortable to read with little to no adjustments. For the reading process alone it is wonderful to have. It does lack some features that could have made it stand out. As it stands, it has a nice feel when note taking although the options are fairly basic. If you’re the type to scribble notes whenever you’re not reading it doesnt take away much from the experience. As it is an ereader first.

I appreciate the ability to jot down my thoughts while reading, particularly during school work. The ease of casual reading is applicable in any lighting conditions, including natural light. I have an application for the Kindle on my smartphone, but I find its larger version more convenient.

This very well may be the most useful item I’ve bought since my smart phone. I love the fact it is a “no distraction “ device. I can read books, take and organize notes and share those notes with others as my handwritten notes or as text files created from my notes. I use this all day everyday and can’t imagine life without it.

Love this! Super smooth writing and converts to text when I email to myself. Love reading on it as well and being able to write on documents with ease.

Game changer got me off of paper notebooks and back to reading more often

I love it!!! I can write notes, highlight or make pdfs for work! I wish the battery lasted a bit longer but it's an amazing!

The Kindle Scribe is so great because not only is it a large E Reader, but you can also write on it and take notes on various types of "paper." It writes really well and there's a good selection of different style pens (fountain pen, marker, pencil, etc) to write with. I was worried it would be heavy but it is pretty light weight and easy to hold for long periods of time. I do recommend getting a case that lets you prop it up. Overall in very satisfied with this product.

I like how its feels like a paper, it can used an improvement, web browser could be better. It does not have DNS, but would be great if it did.

Great device. It got me into reading again. And love the note taking capability.
