Q: Can you connect audible with this device? If not which Kindle if any offer this?

A: Hi AFoster! The Kindle Scribe works great with Audible, you just need to connect a compatible Bluetooth speaker or headset (or earbuds) as the device does not have speakers itself. Selecting an Audible title in your library and hitting the play button will bring you to the Bluetooth connection menu, allowing you to pair a new device or reconnect to an already set up one easily. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!

Q: Will all of my kindle books on my ipad be available on the kindle scribe? If so,can i open my Bible on the scribe and take notes in the margins?

A: Hi Hawkfan, Yes, the books you have on the Kindle app you will be able to see on other devices upon logging in and setting up the device. You have the option to download select titles you own to the Scribe if you like. You can also use the pen to take notes in margins, circle, or underline as you please. Hope that helps!

Q: What is battery life like?

A: Hello JimD and thank you for your question! The battery life for the Amazon Kindle Scribe can vary based on usage. For reading, a single charge lasts up to 12 weeks based on a half hour of reading per day, with wireless off and the light setting at 13. For writing, a single charge lasts up to 3 weeks based on a half hour period of writing per day, with wireless off and the light setting at 13. Battery life will vary and may be reduced based on usage and other factors such as Audible audiobook streaming and annotating content. Hope this helps!

Q: Does this have page turner buttons like my Amazon Oasis. Thanks

A: Hello Ignatz! This device uses on screen navigation for turning pages and does not use physical buttons like the Oasis does. Thanks so much for your question and I hope you have an awesome day!

Q: If the device does not have wireless connectivity, how would I download ebooks from my library or send notes to my phone?

A: Good Morning Kawika, The Kindle Scribe Digital Notebook with Premium pen does not come with a cellular option but has Wi-Fi Connectivity options. You can download your ebooks and send notes when you connect to a Wi-Fi network. I hope this helps, have a great day.

Q: Does One Note work on this Kindle?

A: Hello Mariana, currently there is not an option to save files to One Note. You can create Notepads and email them to yourself. It can also convert your handwriting to text. Hope that answers your questions. Have a great day!

Q: Is there a sd or micro sd card slot?

A: Hello ReddAK and thank you for your question! No, The Amazon Kindle Scribe does not have an SD/microSD card slot of expanded memory. Hope this helps! Have a great day!

Q: Does the Kindle support programs like Speechify or have any settings for bionic reading? I have ADHD and I would like to be able to use a reader instead of my iPad all the time.

A: Hi KateN! While the Kindle Scribe features Bluetooth and allows you to listen to audiobooks via Bluetooth, no Kindle devices currently support what we sometimes refer to as immersive reading (highlighting the passages along with the narration). For Bionic Reading, if you're talking mostly about fonts, you can actually manually load and select fonts onto your Kindle Scribe by plugging it into a computer. I found a TikTok of all things about adding the Bionic Font to a Kindle, so I would just do a search online for "bionic reading kindle" and there are a bunch of examples! I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
