As someone who reads over 200 books a years and likes to take notes in books too, this is the perfect kindle for that. I love everyting about it.

I've had my scribe for over a year now, and I love it. I use it for school. I use it to doodle and whatnot. And of course for reading.

This is great for notetaking and reading. I use it all the time. The downside is that it's not in color and that I can not write and make notes directly onto the books. You are able to create notes in the book, but would have loved to write and highlight directly onto book. It is distraction free.

Kindle scribe was a perfect option for a digital notebook/ e reader. Easy to use .Nice to have for students or those studying or just listening to a lecture

I upgraded from an old kindle paperwhite. Screen on this is very large and it’s still lightweight. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Love it- it's the perfect size for reading. Also lets me listen to my Audible audiobooks. Wifi access to the Kindle store. Great product.

Looked at this when it first came out. Saw it was on sale. It’s my second kindle. Enjoy reading on the larger screen. I also have large PDF files for work that I find it much easier on the eyes to read vs an a back light device such as an iPad.

To describe in a word, “Easy.” Easy to use, easy to set up notebooks and documents, easy to email. Love have all books and notebooks on one device.

Ive been using this as my exclusive note taking for school and its been great. I wasnt a fan of the Remarkable not being backlit and heavily trying to get me to buy their subscription service. The kindle is missing some nice features, but Amazon has promised a few features for it, and they have been readily adding very significant features to the Scribe over the last year, such as being able to read two pages of a book in landscape, and adding a lasso tool to notebooks. Looking forward to using it for a good long while, and hope they continue to bring on these new features.

Product is aa good investment for note taking. The learning curve is minimal for this item. Bought it for note taking and preparations.

Totally worth it! Love how I can simply write in print or cursive and is able to transcribe accurately to email or notes. Obviously, able e books is awesome.

I have not had to buy paper or notepads or pens since I got this. I can email forms or letters to this, put a signature on it, and email the signed document as a pdf. Holds my Kindle library, Audible library, textbook pdfs, journals, notes, drawings... Battery life is excellent. I use titanium tip that works well and doesn't scratch it. Seems durable. Thin profile yet big enough to feel like I have a pad of paper with me at meetings and in classes. Highlighting passages and adding notes in books is very handy.

Best purchase ever. As a therapist it's a great tool to keep all my notes in one place. It's very intuitive and easy to use. Looking forward to the future updates.

So far, with my failing eyesight this has been a god send. I am able to scribe some notes as well when I read which also helps me remember things.
