Love using smart plugs in my house. Set up my Christmas tree, and I love using voice to turn it on.

This one costs a little more than other brands that I have tried, but this is the only one that I have been able to connect to Alexa. Additionally this is the only one where you don't have to install an additional app first. If you use Alexa on your phone or on devices such as the Echo or Dot this is the one to get for easy connection. I now have ten of them and all are working great.

These smart plugs are really fun. We have two now and can control most of the plug in lamps on our first floor with these. You just walk in and say "Alexa, turn on the lights" and they all turn on. Easy set up. Also you can turn the lights on and off from the Alexa app when you are out of town.

Absolutely love these little things... They enable the laziness in my life! also great to mess with the family when you are away... I randomly turn things on an off when I get lonely. When I turn things on and off, the family calls me to tell me the Smart Plugs are acting up again! Great Product!!!!

This plug works flawlessly and setup was super easy. I use it as a timer for my living room lamp. No more coming home to a dark house! It’s great if you can get it on sale!

Since I have installed Alexa in my home, I just keep adding to it and this was an addition to my system that allows me to turn on my nightside table lamp without disturbing my wife. I just love the ease of using these and once you have the system, it finds these new plugs and a couple of clicks and its ready to go.

Got 2 on sale and it works flawlessly with Alexa.. i use it to turn on my fish tank pumps when i start to watch a movie so it is quieter in my theatre .. you are able to schedule events if you want from Alexa app or voice command it like i do. the 2nd one i gave as a stocking stuffer for my mom to turn on and off he living room lamp from Alexa.. so nice to voice control things

Very easy to setup in the Alexa app. Very useful for turning on and off everyday electrical items like lamps.

Works as expected. Very easy to set up a routine for vacations or just stay at home. At night we no longer have to enter a dark bedroom. I set a routine for the light to go on a bit before we head to bed. I use it with my Echo Dot and can also use with just the app on my phone.

In the crowded marketplace of Smart Plugs the Amazon Smart Plug stands out as being compact in size and easy to program. I purchased a different big name brand for less money that wouldn't sync as easily and then the programming became a chore. Nah, spend a bit more and get the easier to program unit that Alexa prefers. I went back and bought 4 more!
