This is far superior choice for smart plugs. They are easy to set up and easy to use. They are similar to other brands in setup and functionality but seem to not have as many problems. GE sync smart plugs disconnect all the time, the Amazon smart plug has no issues.

Great plug that works perfectly with any device attached to it. Side button allows for a manual "on/off" switch. Allows us to make almost anything a "smart" device. I particularly love the timer/routine function to automate certain devices (like a sleep/noise machine to turn on when I start my work day).

So convenient to be able to turn off a light after I exit the room, and allow the light to guide me to another room. There are plenty generic ones available and I won't say this is better because I haven't triedn any other. But I had a BB certificate for $25 and used to get my 3rd Alexa plug.

I find the Amazon smart plug the easiest to use. Adding them to my existing system (alexa show) is so easy and quick! Will be buying more to expand the system in my home!!

It just works. Setup through the app is a little awkward but ultimately, it works and seems to stay connected to the wifi as designed. I used it for my Christmas lights and programmed it to come on and turn off at particular times each night. Other than an awkward interface through the Alexa app, everything else has worked flawlessly. 4-star because of the app interface.

Have one for every tv so I don’t have to have the blue light on all night! And if you’re sick or hurt very convenient to turn lights on and off from bed!

Ive tried other smart plugs, but not without some aggravation . You cant go wrong with the Amazon smart plug. A little more expensive than some of the others, but well worth it.

This plug works as it's designed to with our Alexa system. We are using it to turn on and off our Christmas lights. It's convenient to use a voice command instead of a switch or timer. We don't need to be home to use this device by using the App.

Fairly easy to integrate with my Alexa speakers. With some work, also integrated with Siri using homebtidge.

Super easy to set up. Plugged it into the wall and within seconds my Alexa app saw it and got it all set up. This is hooked to a floor fan. At night Alexa turns the fan on for the white noise while sleeping and in the morning she turns it off.

Alexa must have. We saved so much money and got rid of all our old school timers for our Christmas lights with these little plugs Alexa does all the work by shutting off your lights on a schedule routine. Greatest invention and investment ever.
