As soon as I installed, things went haywire. I didn’t end up needing the C-Wire adaptor after the app told me that I needed it ($20 down the drain). To make matters worse, the sensor abruptly stopped working, cause the interior temperature to remain at 127 degrees. So, for two weeks, we had the air blasting due to the “smart sensor” trying to cool down the house. Awful. Caused our power bill to skyrocket. Switched over to Nest and never looked back. Do yourself a favor and get the 3rd generation Nest system. You get what you pay for.
