Didn't know if I could get into this type of movie but I surprised myself. B.C. was phenomenal and in a role that is truly one in a lifetime. Your heart goes out to the family. Keep the Kleenex close.

My husband and I saw American Sniper in the theater when it originally came out and couldn't wait for the DVD to arrive. We both highly recommend this to anyone who has a love for the US and its military!

Accurately depicts what our soldiers are going through abroad. Despite how you feel about why they are there... these are still our American Soldiers and they deserve respect and honor this film provides.

Wonderful but tragic story about Chris Kyle. I think everyone should see this s movie to see what are veterans, not just Chris Kyle, have to face in somewhat realistic but nowhere near the real thing.

This is a must own movie for anyone who loves and appreciates what our military men and women do for us. The picture quality is excellent and the surround sound and subwoofer action is second to none.

This movie did a great job of not trying to make this guy look like a perfect American hero. It showed his flaws and didn't build him up too much. He is absolutely a hero, but he was also a regular guy.

This film truly showed viewers who Chris Kyle was and what being a true American is all about. This was much more than just your typical war movie, but a look into the life a soldier, a hero, and a man.

I can't believe people actually protest this movie, it's a great (albeit tragic in the end) movie that shows the bravery of those that serve. There's no better movie to watch during Memorial Day weekend.

While not quite as accurate as the book it's still a great movie to watch. Everyone should watch this, not just to understand the deployment side of life but also the life of the family of the deployed.

Great story about a true American patriot and the sacrifices he and his family made for this country. Every American should watch to appreciate what our military personnel do to protect our way of life.

Most of us already knew Chris Kyle's story but it is still a good depiction of his SEAL experiences. It does have some "artistic license" differences from his book but it is an exciting movie to watch.

Bradley Cooper was perfect for the role. The movie itself was wonderful. It isn't as action pack, but the story behind a sniper was told amazing. one man who took out all these enemies is a hero.

This movie is all too real and really gets you into the action and into the minds of the men (& women) who fight for our freedom. So my hats off to all of you. Prayers to all our service men and women.

Regardless of anything this man was a hero. I love this movie. I listened to it on iTunes the book he had wrote. I can’t say enough. Buy this and appreciate a true American patriot

Been deployed aslo and seen 1 st hand of what goes on over there, this movies beat describes to the tee of what happens! Ptsd is something to take very serious! Thank you fo making this clear to america

I was impressed with the lack of Hollywood glamor. Like in the old TV show "Just the facks ma'am". One thing is they did tone down the sniper hits effects. There is more distruction then what was shown.

This would be easily one of the best movies of that year....this story of Chris Kyle the deadliest American sniper in history is a story that deserves to be told and this move exceeded all expectations.

Originally saw the American Sniper at the movie theater. Even my girlfriend liked it. Not only did it have action, but also covered Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and tells of the true horrors of war.
