It is a carry on not a checked bag which is what 24" should be. I waited a month for it to come in and it arrived as the 20" - 3 days before Christmas and it was supposed to be a gift! Terrible customer experience and misleading advertising. Best Buy did nothing but try to argue that it was the right piece.
