Purchased this suitcase two times, and was shipped the 20" instead of the 24" both times.

I ordered this suitcase online but recieved a 24inch instead of the 28inch that I ordered. Called up and got a a new one sent out overnighted. (Great customer service). Got the new package opened it up and was another 24inch..... very very annoying. Ended up buying a suitcase in target. Best buys customer service was great but the warehouse needs to get they avt together

It's good for the price. 2 bag holders in front and 1 inside. stand upright and OK to roll 4 wheel to any directions.
