The box the item was very damaged and had a couple of marks

The cabinet is broken when delivered. No instructions in box or online. Junk, do not buy. Waste of money. Paper thin box doesn’t prevent everything falling out. Missing assembly hardware.

Everything about this product is terrible. The wood especially. It cracks and crumbles when trying to hammer or screw.

Good quality & size perfect for my small living room area.

Soon as I seen this stand I loved it however once I received it I was ready to send it back. Not only was the box damaged and torn up majority of the pieces were marked up and the way it was packaged you could tell her happened while it was being made and while being put in the box. Before my husband put it together I contacted BB about all of it, told them I could n would send pics showing everything. Now keep in mind the box it was in was damaged n the way it was damaged sending it back or taking it back would be really hard if not impossible to do. So they tell me to assemble it and see if any of the damaged would prevent it from being put together or show. If it could be put together they would only refund me $18 if it can’t be put together my only option would be is returning it to the store even if I had to carry it piece by piece into the store. So I told them I would call back in and let them know if it could or couldn’t not be put together. My husband ended up being able to put it together and about a handful of the damages show. When I get back in touch with someone and told them what was going on and what I was told the person tells me they have no record of ever calling in. So I got fed up and decided to deal with it the way it is but vowed to never buy any type of stand again through BB.

The unit is shorter than I expected and just appears small against the backdrop of the TV. Packing materials were lacking, so most pieces had blemishes, scratches, and nicks upon taking them out of the box. Heating unit seems to work good, but have had issues with tripping breakers. Item specs recommend having an isolated receptacle for the heating unit, so now I am running extension chords to my surge protector for my electronic devices on the TV stand.

Worse fireplace ever. Hard to assemble. Damaged cabinet, electric fireplace insert was grinding lounder than TV.

Pretty good product, the heater does a good job warming up the room and it was not very difficult to set up which was nice.

Opened the box, sorted all pieces to install. Then I realized I was given no hardware or instructions to set up. Reached out to customer service and they was told they don’t have extra hardware or any way to get them. So I was forced to put all the pieces back into the open box, tape it shut and return it back to the store..

I love it. The tranquil vibe it gives in the living room especially on cooler nights is fantastic.

Horrible I bought 2 the first one someone tried to put together unsuccessfully and they delivered it to me. I sent it back. Got my replacement it had screws missing. I just returned it and got my refund i was very upset.

A pain to put together but luckily i had help, but works well and puts off nice heat

Great product fireplace a little smaller than expected.
