The walls in my house are so thick that my internet was sporadic at times....this did the trick.

I have a shed about 40 feed from the house I needed internet in. I trieda netgear 1200 powerline and 1000. both reduced the signal from 175mbps to something like 9 and 15mbps. I put this repeater in the back window and have wireless in the shed and back yard with great signal. Netgear may have worked better if it was all in the house but not what I wanted and I didn't test it. This works perfectly for me. It has a tricky set up but I got past that, sorry, I don't remember the particular part. Im satisfied..

This item is serving our needs although it stated that it had trouble picking up the original signal which was not that far away. It is doing a decent job of boosting the signal to other parts of our building.

Setup is a little involved but once done, it’s great. The coverage is awesome and the speed is definitely noticeable.

This was my first time using an Extender for WiFi n after reading numerous reviews I settled on the Helios. It worked right out the box with minimal setup and has dramatically improved my WiFi coverage throughout my home.

Works great and just what I wanted for my WiFi. I have been using this extender for about 5 weeks. It sometimes drops for a few minutes but could be due to the distance it has to connect. Living in a small unattached garage at least a 1k distance from home router and get a great connection. I especially like the Ethernet & USB ports on the back. Best feature is it doesn't require a physical connection to the main router. You will love this product if you choose to buy one! Right now we have 2 printers and 2 computers attached along with cell phones.

The reprater was very easy to set up and is very powerful. Every part of the house ( 2330 sq ft) has a max signal where little to no signal existed before. Very satisfied with item.

Easy set up did what I wanted to do. Was trying to get extended coverage to my second floor. In fact got better coverage over my entire house.

After trying three other different brands of WiFi extender and returning them back to the store. This is by far the best product and well worth the price. First and foremost, EASY set up! It’s wireless. It has a wider range WiFi. There’s a separate switch to turn off the bright front lights while the unit is working. No complaints! Would recommend it to everyone.

I had the netgear power line and it reduced my Mbps from 175 to 11. I got this repeater, set it in a window and speeds are far better plus wireless. Setup is not smooth so go over the instructions before installing. Sorry but I forget the exact point of frustration but it did tweek me a bit. It has its own name and password. So i connect to it when closer and to my xfinity when closer to it. It works well, better than the plug in power line.

I have Verizon's best router but it doesn't provide wifi to all areas of my large house but the Amped extender really helps. House construction, sq ft area, location of router, placement of extender,etc.really affect reception of the wifi signal.

I have a great router, but it is downstairs and getting signal all way upstairs has proved difficult. My last boost signal router Net gear wasn't helping. This new one seems to have plenty of power, and the signal is pretty strong on the 2nd floor of home

Easy to set up with computer, I was able to expand the church wilress range.

Works well but did not quite have the range that I needed. Our house is very long and the range extender would loose connection where I needed it for wired devices. I opted to go with the Netgear Orbi which has been working great.

It increased the coverage in the Home but I had problems when more than one or two products were trying to access the Modem. It would cut in and out. I was advised afterwards that this unit or any extender can only service one unit at a time, hence the cut out or reduced service. I had to swallow the big bullet and bought a Lynksis three unit router for the home for around $550 which solved my problem. Like I said if you don't have many things operating at once the Amped Wireless Extender is a good unit.
