I never really thought this was a $39 game, but $19 is spot on for the content. It's cute and has actually changed the way I think about room layout and home decor (seriously, I live in a glorified cardboard box of an apt). If you already love the Animal Crossing universe, this is a great addition to your AC gameplay.

Since Happy Home designer does not use real life time, it's more of a relaxed, play when you want game. It doesn't require you to play everyday and I enjoy that in this spin off of Animal Crossing

My 9 year old daughter loves it! She played Animal Crossings: A New Leaf more, but she really liked how much she could customize her characters clothes and house interior. My 5 year old probably could have played it, but they would have missed out on some things due to reading challenges.

Think "Animal Crossing Light". You'll get different sets of furniture for every client you take on. You will also design the town around your office, adding different shops to accommodate its villagers. It still has the same charm that AC bring to the table and is also Amiibo compatible.

This is a very different type of game than new leaf. This game solely focuses on the designing aspects and just knowing that, it is fun for what it was designed as. It doesn't feel as inclusive or tied together as new leaf, but if you really like designing the home, then this game is for you!

A fun take on the Animal Crossing series. Just create, create, create. Designing homes for the various folks around town is fun and relaxing, and their reactions will bring a smile to your face. Not sure why this game was panned so much by critics - I really enjoyed this one.

My family has enjoyed playing games like animal crossing for many years. My children were so happy when this game was released. There just isn't much playing in this game. You put floors and furniture down but not much else. For my kids this was just a waste of money.

Bought this game expecting a mediocre experience due to reviews from gaming journalists. Game was much better than I had expected and had WAY more content than they make you believe. If you're a fan of animal crossing, don't pass this one up.

Could have been much better if there was, frankly, more to do. Places too much emphasis on dead-end objectives. I am still playing Animal Crossing a New Leaf since it can basically go on forever. But i stopped playing this after one week.

While not a full on AC game, Happy home designer is a fun addition to the series! You collect and design home for all the classic animal crossing villagers! This also links to your New Leaf game for added functionality!

The game was a great game. My son bought one too and he likes it too I would recommend it to other people it was at a cheap price that I can afford I'm going to try their other games that are at the cheap price

Ive always enjoyed animal crossings since the release of it on Gamecube. It was very addicting then and it is more now that a home dec version is available in a portable system. The squeaky voices are always fun.
