This game is such a great addition to the franchise. Take all the things you loved about past major titles in the series and add the ability to make your town from scratch and choose your own villagers. You're no longer stuck with a bunch of random villagers. Plus they added a great crafting system that includes seasonal items and events. They're also on top of updates to player feedback since launch and have made weekly tweaks to things like the frequency of even items. The team aced it. I cannot recommend this game enough!

I bought this for quarantine to keep my mind from going crazy. Definitely doesn’t afford instant gratification, but it’s a cool game.
