I didn't know what to expect with this game but based on reviews I gave it a chance. It's actually pretty fun to play and create your own world. Plenty of options to create and see what other users are doing as well for inspiration. I would recommend this game. Endless entertainment.

The game is easy to get into for all ages. Almost everything can be customized to your liking. It is the perfect game for anyone!

I’ve never played Animal Crossing until now. I figured since I would be home more, it might be a good time to try it out. I’m slightly embarrassed to admit I’ve put 150 hours into this game in one dang month. It is so much fun building your own island and decorating. There’s even a “stalk market” where you buy turnips for one price and hope to resale at a much higher price. It’s a great game to play with friends - you can visit each other’s islands and catalog items they have that you want on your own island.

I have absolutely loved New Horizons so far. Your tools having limited uses took for getting used to (since I've been playing since GC's AC), but I got used to it. The graphics are super smooth while keeping that classic Animal Crossing feel, the wind blowing through the flowers and leaves on the trees is phenomenal... I have so much love for this game already; it hasn't even been a month! But Bunny Day? ...I have never hated Easter, but after 2020, I will dread its arrival every year for the rest of my life.

Everyone in the house loves this game! It is super cute and lots of fun! My kids look forward to the "special events"

This is one of my favorite games. I love the art in the game, the creative freedom, and characters. I always think I'll play for a little while and before I realize, HOURS have passed because of how addicting this game is. I love that we can design clothes/paths and it is fun to collect items in the game. I do wish we had more design slots or that Nintendo added new items/clothes to the game since most people have already collected them all but I am hoping this will happen in future updates

I've always been a fan of Animal Crossing and New Horizons doesn't disappoint! It's so much fun! Great for newcomers to AC as well.

This is a must have if you love animal games. It is a peaceful game.

My son wanted the “fishing game” as soon as my sister in law showed it to him. I searched every store for availability but with the Covid19 situation I was unable to find it in stores. BestBuy had it in stock with free shipping and it even came a few days early! My son LOVES this game! He is four and can play independently if he wants or he can ask us for help if he wants us to be involved in what he is doing. Highly recommend this game! (This coming from someone who isn’t a fan of video games in general!!)

This is the 1st Animal crossing game i ever played and i love it. There are endless possibilities the sky is the limit with this game! You can visit friend's islands that you know have this game, you can share items, fruits, clothing ect..with your online friends to help each other progress in the game. There is so much to do like fish, catch bugs, talk to island residents, build houses, create a city or country or whatever you wish! Cant say enough of how fun this game is. Try it you will not regret it!

It’s strangely addictive. The graphics are charming and the game is just an overall pleasant Experience. A must during quarantine.

If you want something thats relaxing and nice, this is the game for you. I've been playing this series since the original on Gamecube, but this is probably the best of the series so far. I'd start up the game expecting to spend maybe 30 minutes in the session... but when I'd look up it would be time for bed. Its quite addicting building up your little island and relationships. i will say that the game does take several real days to really open up and get fully into though. So be prepared for a slow start.

Overall this is a really cute and creative games. I haven't played much yet, but my kids love it. It is a bit disappointing that it's not possible to have separate Islands on the same Switch. Even if you are ok with sharing, only one player can do everything on an island every one else is some what limited. It's also unfortunate that there is no way to back up or transfer the save for this game to another Switch. Nintendo says it's coming, but the game has been out over month with no news about this.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons couldn’t have been released at a better(worse) time. Whether it’s crafting, terraforming your island, fishing, catching sea creatures, chatting with neighbors, excavating fossils, or catching bugs, there are endless ways to occupy your time on your own island. Online play with friends is exciting, as you are able to visit and play on one another’s islands. The in game chat feature is probably the only real complaint. This is an excellent quarantine distraction.

Absolutely in love with this game. The gameplay and graphics are amaze balls! Soooo relaxing. I get lost for hours in this world!

If you have ever played Animal Crossing and enjoyed it then you will love this one. It is the best of all the ones that have been made. There is more to do than all the previous games and there are more updates continuing to add content. The game is set on an island that you develop. You make friends with the animals that live there and more will move into your village as you progress. There is a lot of customization and it's a lot of fun. A cute game that is appropriate for all ages.

If you've never played an Animal Crossing game; it's a cozy casual to play game where you earn decorative items and clothing while expanding and upgrading your own home and island while making friends with an array of animals. For the folks who have played other versions of Animal Crossing; it's great, the customization is upgraded, and they keep adding more. There's plenty of old favorites returning and plenty of new ones on the roster too.

By far one of the best games you can buy for switch to help pass the time. It’s not something I can dump 3-4 hours into in one session after you complete the main story, but it’s one of my all time favorite games for the switch. There’s tons of options on improving your island and if you ever get bored you can restart the game and make your island completely different. 10/10 would recommend
