The newest installment of AC fixes a few flaws of the older games. Being able to move buildings around and place furniture is a lovely touch and makes creating your island a far more unique experience than prior games. The new ability to craft and use nook miles rather than just using bells for everything also adds new gameplay elements that aren't strictly based on in game capitalism. By far my favourite game in the series thus far, I haven't put it down since I picked up my preorder! Highly recommend!!

While the game does ask a fair bit of patience from its players at the start, it opens up immensely for those who do, giving a rewarding gameplay experience that not many other titles can. Whether you're new to the series or you've played every single Animal Crossing before, this is perfect for Switch owners of all ages.

Such a fun game! I used to play this when I was younger on the DS and it is such a more integrative experience playing on a big screen. The game has also leveled up in so many ways. The graphics are great and there are so many new challenges. I might even be enjoying it now more than I did as a kid!

This is a great, relaxing and fun game to play. There are always new things to do and you get to make the island your own.

Bought this game for myself buy my fiance won't put it down it's her game at this point, the game is extremely addicting especially once you power through the first few hours of sluggish nonsense trust me people just bear with it and the reward will be well worth the slow start of this game I would recommend that every Switch owner have this game just like I do for Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, the Zelda games, and Mario Odyssey this is just one of those you must have if you love your Switch.

Animal Crossing is the ultimate imitation of historic and often times malicious real-world systems in cute packaging. This game teaches real-life concepts such as debt, consumer consumption, commoditization of trading. Despite all these deeper ideas that the game takes part in. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a delightful game for all ages. Where you spend time and money; crafting, terraforming, and decorating in a calm, and gentle gameplay. A lot of good, casual fun would definitely recommend.

This game is great. Allows for total creativity. Kind of like a more modern version of Minecraft. Very fun and addictive.

I've been in love with the Animal Crossing series since it was released on the GameCube; and when Wild World was released, I remember hanging out with my friends to use the local multiplayer feature on our DS. I enjoyed City Folk as well, but never got the chance to play New Leaf, as I wasn't interested in purchasing a 3DS. Needless to say, it's been quite some time since I played, and yet, this game brings back all the good memories of the older Animal Crossing games, while still being fun and fresh!

Love this game. Has a way of sucking you in and keeping you entertained for hours. There is always something new.

Bought this for my kids for their second switch as I had the digital copy for the first switch. This is a very cute game that never ends meaning kids stay engaged and have fun for a long time. Nintendo keeps putting out new updates also which keeps this fun. This is worth far more in entertainment value than its sticker price.

Super fun game for the whole family, you can make your own village and its just a nice and relaxing game, highly recommend it!

This game is a fun, entertaining, and cute way to play solo or with family both locally or on-line (especially during this difficult time). Nintendo created many ways to play at your own pace so you can engage in activities to build up your community through crafting, shopping, gifting, participating in events, and just chilling with friends. I love the versatility of the Switch, from compact play on the console as a handheld to being connected to the TV. Overall, highly recommended!

This is a relaxing and enjoyable game. It's open ended and you can enjoy it at your own pace. There are a few events that are locked to the first player (picking and naming the island, for example, other members of your family will have to play on the same island that the first player selected), so keep that in mind if that will matter to anyone in your family. I have an 8 year old and a 9 year old, along with me and the hardcore gamer husband, and all 4 of us are having a great time on our island.

I’m new to the animal crossing game’s, so when my friend told me to preorder. I was just going with the flow. I already knew a bit about the game style, and also read posts about its features. After playing it for a while, and mostly during this complicated time. I had fallen in love with it!! A great game to pass time! There’s many post in social media that shows the Player’s creativity. I’m not very creative, but watching them makes me want to work harder to create a beautiful island as well.
