This is a great game if you are on a 18 hour flight otherwise it is too much to try in a short time. It leans on the boring side because you are trying to do everything they ask and it can get redundant.

Kid's are all having a blast with this game! It is very family friendly and fun(for kid's and adults alike). It can just be a fun innocent outlet for the kids to spend a little time in and be creative! Even non-kids will have fun with this one, a very relaxing no stress environment that is welcome distraction to these challenging times.

Although I'm a longtime Animal Crossing fan (all the way back to Gamecube days!), this rendition could NOT have come along at a better time! I have spent many hours in quarantine catching fish and bugs, talking with my villagers with their unique personalities, or collecting all sorts of items. And, it never seems to grow old. Thank you for this little gem!

10 Year old daughters favorite game! Easy to play with friends.

My second AC game and I felt it's a great entry to the series. The change from towns to islands keeps it fresh and I love fishing in this game. There's something about fishing and catching bugs that feels so relaxing. My only problem with this game is the villagers' convos don't feel as deep as previous entries, but that's more of a Nintendo issue.

This is exctally what you expect from an animal crossing game. The core gameplay has remind the same for 20 years. If you are new to the series what have you been waiting for, a must own for the switch! If you have played a game in the series before than you know what to expect. More of a great thing is always great!!

I've loved Animal Crossing ever since I was a young girl, and New Horizons definitely didn't disappoint. This is a perfect game for children and adults. Also amazing for those getting back into gaming as you can take it slow. If your first taste of AC was Pocket Camp, I feel like you'd enjoy anew Horizons, as some of the elements are the same. Great game over all.

So, this game has received a lot of hype at release. Based on the number of hours my wife and I have put in, it is true. There are some things that could be improved (only one island per switch? Really?) But overall very fun game. While hard to find in stock, BestBuy delivered sooner than promised. A week into ownership and we have well over 30 hours into the game.

This game couldn't have come at a better time. It's one of the most beloved series from Nintendo and now in a fully-realized experience you can play handheld. Much flashier and fleshed-out than New Leaf with a lot of the core elements carried over. Just as addicting yet relaxing as you remember it with fun new features like the mystery islands and customizing crafting.

My 14 year old received this for both a Bday gift and something to keep her occupied while being stuck at home. She plays online with her sister who lives out of state as well as her friends. This is her first Switch game and after seeing the graphics I plan on getting her more games.

I was reluctant to purchase the game at first. Main reason the price! It's $60 dollars plus tax. I kept seeing streamers play the game so eventually I broke down and bought the game. I'm glad I did! It fun and relaxing to play. I really enjoy decorating my island and venturing out and finding my villagers. My sister loves playing it as well. It a good family game.

Enjoying the graphics and the combination of tasks and amazing graphics

Fun new entry to the series. I've played this series since the original Gamecube game and Nintendo does not disappoint with the new game. Interact with local townsfolk in a game that progresses real-time 24/7. Make friends, fish, catch bugs, harvest crops, and have fun in Animal Crossing. Take the game on the go or play on a large tv. Win-Win.

Got this for my daughter. I preordered it before the COVID19 blew up. She was worried Best Buy would be closed and she would not be able to get the game on the release date. Best Buy has been great quickly devising a curb side pick up and staying open to help everyone who is working from home or staying home. The game is super cute and is keeping my daughter occupied.

The best game at the right time. Amazingly, this game came out right at the start of the COVID19 pandemic. Hours of fun, although the return diminishes over time, especially once you get to the theoretical "end-game". Nonetheless, there's always something to do, and it's easy to pick up and grind away for burst gaming.

I absolutely LOVE this game and I'm a 52 year old Grandmother of 6. Loved it so much that I bought my 8 year old Grandson the exact same game. The price was great at Best Buy. It was easy to locate in the store. I still have 5 more Grandchildren to introduce to Animal Crossing New Horizons & will make sure to buy them all at Best Buy.

This is such a cute game for everyone to play. Unlike the previous animal crossings, you can invite other player in the same console and enjoy the numerous activities to do. Not graphic heavy and easy to learn and develop with the occasional frustration of Nintendo’s changes. Overall you can play this all year round and have new things to explore and collect.

The newest entry in the Animal Crossing series is done fantastic fun. Everything you loved about previous entries is back, along with some fun new features, and improved visuals. My biggest gripe is that tools continue to break throughout the game (even golden tools, I've heard) which really just works out to be an annoyance instead of any kind of challenge. 9.5/10

My child loves playing this game it came with the Nintendo switch. Just wish it would of come with a higher rated game like Mario Brothers or something. But she did play it for awhile and still does

My daughter wanted to play this game, and I was hoping we could find it for less than $59. No luck, but at least we did same-day pickup. Best Buy brought it out right away when we checked in for drive-thru pickup. My daughter loves the game, and it’s great, wholesome entertainment. You can also play with others online if you sign up for a Nintendo On-line account.
