Everything you loved about Animal Crossing, but better. Looks great.

It literally saved us from going crazy and breaking up. Never played an animal crossing game before, but my girlfriend bought a switch just to play this one since she’s a die hard fan of the series! If your girl/guy is into animal crossing and you guys are sick of eachother......you know what to do! Happy crossing to all and stay loving and happy together!

LOVE THIS GAME! We bought it for our twins at the suggestion of my niece whose in love with it and it didn’t disappoint. My wife plays it more than the kids and I had to buy her her own switch to play it on so the kids can have their switch back. She even has me tarantula and scorpion farming!! It’s calming and addictive.

This game is the reason I bought my switch. I play this every day and I can’t stop. So much fun , everyday you play you have new tasks and more people to meet and make friends with, so much better than the previous games in the series!!! You can even visit your friends islands and trade fruits, materials and presents, a must have for all Animal Crossing fans

This is the perfect game to play when you're not allowed to leave your house. You can't binge it and be done in a week (unless you decide to time travel) so if you work from home and need to kill 2 hours a day then this is for you! I personally get 5 ish hours out of it a day because I like to pay off loans same day and really decorate and move trees around.

As you've probably already read, it's a mostly chill game that probably takes at least 45 mins per day to play, as things change real-world by day and season. Mostly a collecting game with great design and polish. The first Animal Crossing game I've been able to get into, largely thanks to the Nook Miles (achievements/goals) in-game tracking element.

It's a great way to pass the time when I am depressed and panicking. It's a very simple and soothing game. I wish there was a way to kick certain animals off your island instead of ignoring them and waiting for them to leave. I also wish I had time to play it anymore :( Happy finals season to all the students out there.

Fun and simple family game to play with young kids.

I bought this for my wife and she's absolutely loving this game. She keeps saying it's one of the cutest and most relaxing games she's every played. She'll play it docked or bring it to bed with her and play for a little while before going to bed. There's a whole lot of building, gathering and island designing to keep you entertained for hundreds of hours.

Was my favorite game back on the old school Nintendo DS, so when I saw there was a new game I jumped on it and was NOT dissapointed. Awesome community and overall just fun game to pass time.

I haven't seen my kid since I bought it so I guess he loves it!

Good gift for my grandsons. It was a little hard for the 5 year old having to read things in parts of the game, but once they learn how to play it's easy.

Fun game for the kids play together. Let's them be creative too.

After playing this game since release, I can say I love it and really enjoy the freedom it gives me to customize basically my entire island to my liking. This is something I’ve never been able to do in AC, and as a longtime fan it has been great to run around my island knowing that almost everything was done by me. However, I feel that some of the old stuff was snubbed. A lot of classic characters and features such as the cafe and gyroids have not reappeared. Also you can only upgrade Nook’s Cranny once instead of 3 times like before. Overall, the game is great especially if you are new to the series but for us old timers it lacks that feel and charm that the old titles had due to missing features.

My daughter has waited years for this to come out. As it happens it came out just as the stay at home order hit our state. She has been able to spend several hours setting up her town and she loves the features of the new game. My daughter is also able to socialize with friends and family in the game. This was money well spent and I would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful game and easily my favorite animal crossing. Animal crossing can many times be somewhat sparse with content, but ACNH is filled to the brim with things to do throughout the day. The landscaping options are quite vast and while a little overwhelming they give you a ton of freedom to decorate your island.

It has great graphics and endless tasks. Its a cute and fun game!

I purchased this for my six year old, and I think it’s a great concept. It’s about helping one another and making it work with what you have. Also, the characters use their own language which gets translated for the player in bubble form, making the player read the dialect - so it’s also helping my son to read :) So far, so good!

What can I add to what's already been said? It's a perfect game for these times, and it's fun even to step aside and let me kids run the island while I catch bugs, dig up fossils, and study artwork for the museum. I don't mind that the first person on the island (my son) gets to do most of the island planning, but it might be an issue for some players.

Never knew something so relaxing could be so fun, I am addicted!!!
