I bought this for my grandaughter for Christmas. She loves playing games especially with her brother. I actually purchaced the Nintindo Switch for both of them. They had been saying that was what they wanted for christmas. The folks at Best Buy were very helpful. I am sure there will be big smiles on christmas day.

My wife's last game was Aladdin on Sega Genesis. I wasn't very optimistic when she asked for me to pick this up for her with our Switch purchase. I was wrong... she now has get-togethers with her friends in-game and has purchase Animal Crossing t-shirts. She even has made paintings and clothing in-game that match what we have at home.

The newest entry of the Animal Crossing series, New Horizons, is a fantastic game. Nintendo has continued to perfect the mechanics and gameplay of the franchise, allowing new player and returning players to quickly get into the huge array that the game offers over time. If you have an itch to broaden your horizons, this is a good choice!

I've had this game for about a month and I absolutely adore it. If you're a fan of a game that progresses organically, and is slow but very sandboxy I'd recommend this game. There are so many cute new features that have been improvements on the older games. I don't know if Nintendo can top Animal Crossing as the game to play this year.

I never played any previous animal crossing games so I did not know what to expect. I bought this game based on the recommendations from my friends and now I understand why they liked it so much. You play at your own pace and get to design your island to your liking. It’s a great game for anyone, serious and casual gamers of all ages

Great game, brought me back to childhood. Easy to understand and keeps me busy for hours on plane rides.

My son loves playing this game. And I'm happy to see him playing a non-violent game. There are lots of in-game activities to stimulate his creativity.

I bought this game, because I wanted to be able to enjoy playing it like I saw my daughter do. I'm glad I made the decision because it has enabled me to do that and so much more. One of the things I enjoy most is swimming in the ocean and collecting items to either sell, or to donate to my island museum.

Such a wonderful recreation of my childhood. I seriously play it every chance I get! I have found new things to love about this game that I regret not appreciating before (playing Wild World). Every day has a new adventure so there is always something to draw you back in. It’s worth every cent, so if you are on the fence just go for it!

Really like the game play. It has asome graphics, vibrant colors and some new charaters. The crafting system is great I just wish there was a way to auto-craft and craft mutiple items at once. (p.s. Nintendo please add the best waifu of anime, Robert E. O. Speedwagon into the game I'm begging you here please make this happen...)

What a fun little game... although, you are essentially doing chores in a game when you probably already have plenty to do in real life! Still, it's very fun and the ability to visit other people's islands is a great addition to the series. A must buy if you are a fan of the Animal Crossing universe.

My wife & I throughly enjoy this game. This is the only game we talk about & play together. Playing it on the same Switch... her & I are on the same island. So we are able to help each other out in accomplishing goals & building our town. Must buy! I was skeptical of the game before buying it for my wife. Now I’m hooked!

I bought this game for my daughters birthday, but it’s so cute and cozy I decided to play it on my own! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing game to play.

I have played this game somewhere between 1.5 and 7 hours a day every day since buying it and am obsessed. 1/3 of my island is covered in boxes of bugs for flick and another 1/3 is dedicated for competitively breeding hybrid flowers. All of my free time is now dedicated to this game and paying off tom nooks debt. 10/10 would recommend

It’s a great game to just casually play, though don’t expect to be able to unlock anything fast. it’s very slow paced game. It’ll take you a week to start getting more neighbors, or any big improvements to your island. One problem is that there’s a 1 island per system. If you’re the only one on your switch it’s perfect for you.

I have three boys, two that are 13, and one that is almost 4. They LOVE THIS! I hadn't heard of Animal Crossing but thought it was "cute" and when I brought it home my two older ones were super excited! They are teaching the youngest and they all absolutely love this game!

I live across the country days away from my hometown and friends. Animal crossing was able to bring us all together to do.... almost absolutely nothing. Lets face it, the game is not about fun. Its about getting together with your pals and creating your island with your villages and being scammed by Tom Nook. Its another life, a life that I couldn't put myself in fully after a month of playing. The online experience leaves much to be desired and my villagers have not seen me in months. Farming spiders for so long can get tiring to make money. I like the game and I don't like the game. It's complicated, but that's what makes this game what it is.

I own this & I bought it for my mom who is in her 50’s and she loves it as well. It’s adorable graphics and relaxing music made this a nice game. You have enough challenges for several weeks if you play daily. After you “beat” the game you can continue to work on your island, have your friends visit and go to theres.

Never played any of the other animal crossings, but kept hearing about this game. To me it looked pretty lame. After month of hearing how good this game was I decided to buy it and try it for myself. Let me tell you, this is a darn good and fun game. I do not recommend buying this game if you have a life cause it is that addicting.

This game is easy to pick up and learn for those unfamiliar with the franchise. You can spend countless hours fishing, farming, and running tasks. You can also connect the game online and visit the islands of your friends and interact with them there! This game mood and music in this game make the experience very relaxing and carefree.
