Animal Crossing New Horizons is a great game for anyone 12+ because it does take a lot of reading. Anyone can enjoy it in 2025

Played for a little over a month, and this was my first animal crossing. This is the first game that I've wanted to play each and every day ever. I just finally unlocked terraforming, and it feels like an entirely new game. They just added a whole new art section to the museum, and have events all the time. I highly recommend.

This game has been great ever since quarantine began. It’s super relaxing to play, for all ages honestly even older people love this ! It’s for anyone and I recommend highly if you loved the animal crossing games in the past, this one is incredible ! You can play this game for a very long time so much to do overall. 5/5 stars !

I’ve always been a big fan of Animal Crossing and this game is another winner. So glad I get to introduce my daughter to the wonderful world of Animal Crossing! It’s fun for both of us, we play together, and she gets to play with her friends that she can’t physically see now since we’re in the middle of this stay at home order.

Animal crossing is a great game that definitely will give you a lot of hours. A island building sim thats super cute and lets you control just about everything! And they have cool collaborations with other games like mario.

Fantastic game! Iv played animal crossing since GameCube days and it’s truly amazing how detailed and beautiful this new game is! I love the constant updates and content! The community of people playing also make it a great game to play for many hours on end! Truly a staple to have in your game collection.

My brother and I played the original version of this game on our GameCube when we were little. As soon as they announced they were making a new game for the Switch I knew I had to have it. The graphics are beautiful, they really did a great job modernizing the game without taking away the charm and nostalgia from the original.

Being the first proper new Animal Crossing game in a while, it was very refreshing to play. Yes, it takes time to make progress, but that doesn’t matter because you can obtain various in game hobbies to pass the time. In my opinion, that’s what makes a good game: have other things to do other than working for a main objective.

This game is just so much fun to play that my family hasn't missed a day of exploring, collecting, selling, and buying since it came out! The characters that share the island are unique in their personalities and mannerisms so every island comes with so many friendly surprises. And the more you play, the more you gain and gain!

This is a pleasantly relaxing game. Its slow paced and following instructions given to you by the natives of island and some help from other players. I just started playing. Its a good way to leave some stress in the real world and get-away to explore an island, especially in the middle of a global pandemic.

Animal Crossing New Horizons is a good game however it is different from previous versions of AC ..in this game your character ends up taking a trip to a deserted island and while there has to craft things such as tools as well as find materials to upgrade Tom Nooks shop which at the beginning of the game is just a tent and there are parts of the island which you cannot access at the beginning of the game due to needing an item that allows you to get to the other parts of the island,to anyone that has ever played one of these games i would suggest that you pick it up however be prepared to put some time into it before it starts to get interesting.

Almosr a year down the line, I can say that this game is fantastically polished but unfortunately the content is about an inch deep. There are near infinite customizations and many items, with new seasonal events being added all year. However, the villagers are flat and have little dialog, none are mean like in the order titles, and there is still beloved content from old games that was never implemented (ex, Brewster's Cafe and Gyroids) It held my attention for a while and is indeed a very shiny and well polished product , but ultimately feels less like animal crossing and more like a large dollhouse.

Calming, pleasant experience managing your own getaway island experience from the comfort of home. It's been perfect while under quarantine and to unwind from a stressful day. The music is relaxing and wonderful; suitable for the cute but clean graphical presentation. Now go earn those bells to pay Tom Nook back... or else!

Bought it for my younger sister. I told her to pass it and I'll get her another game. She's going to be playing for a very long time. Perfect gift.
