It came on the day it was suppose to. I was worried it wouldnt because of covid. I got this item, but did not get the bell bag.

I was worried about picking up my order since the corona outbreak caused a stir. Fortunately, best extended my pickup deadline.

Its so nice. A little more different with new mechanics but still very nice. Would highly recommend to newcomers of the series.

I usually preorder my physical copies of games at Best Buy because I know they, unlike other retailers, will get the game to me the day of release, or that’s what I would say if not for this situation. I ended up having to buy a digital copy day one, as the physical copy that I preordered from Best Buy back in December arrived 1 full week after the games release. WITHOUT THE PREORDER BONUS. The preorder bonus arrived in a separate package a full week later. Animal Crossing New Horizons is a fantastic game, best in the series probably, but this was not Best Buy’s best service. I know you guys can do better, and the unpredicted 60 dollar hole in my wallet is proof of that.
