Great game although not really my style. Good graphics and probably good for kids

Its a very relaxing game. Its a very customizable and creative game where you can design your island.

Even tho the is affecting a lot of things right now they did a good job of containing everything. Lines were placed and tape was in the floor to define the 6ft distancing for social distancing. They were very helpful

Love the game. Not happy with best buy. This game came with a bonus gift that was not available for pick up until a week later and was canceled because I could make it make before closing due to work.

I heard such great things and while there are no technical issues with the game, it just wasn’t for me.

It was for a 9 year old . It was ok not very excited it kept her busy for like an hour then she was done . I definitely would not pay full price for this

Takes quiet a while to setup and get into the game. Not as fun as I thought it would be.

If you have multiple children in your house who want to play this game, you must know this before buying. There is only 1 island per switch. Both will be playing the same island and only 1 will be allowed to make major changes, the other can just “play” the game. If they want to play the game differently, each person needs to play on their own different switch console. Had we know this, we would not have bought until they make this correction (if they do at all)

Great game overall but only thing is that my son wants me to read everything for him lol. Speech sound would’ve been way better and a 5. Gets tiring to read everything, Every-time.

Purchased this game for my daughter since she loves anything to do with animals. She's is 6 and is still learning to read. I read the reviews and thought it would be a good game for her. Yet quickly realized how much reading is in it. We would have to walk her step by step and she would get frustrated since she just couldn't play it by herself. I wish there were reviews or pictures or a warning label on the box that stated that you need to be able to read to play this game.

Bought for my wife, she absolutely loves it. Loves playing with her sister and by herself.

Got for my son thought he would like it but it was very boring and not much to it. He played maybe 1-2 times and never touched it again

Playing as a player 2,3,4,etc has SEVERE disadvantages. My wife is playing as player 1 and she has easily unlocked certain items (log spikes) in order to progress into the game. I play more than her, but b/c I'm not the primary player, my account does not unlock such items. Makes no sense to prioritize player one when all players share the same island and resources... I'm already on Museum phase 3, and paying off the mortgage for the 2nd house expansion. Guess what? Can't make ladders or bridges! Great game progression /s

Thought this would be a great game for the young granddaughters only to find out they are required to read at about an 8-10 year old level. Great game for older kids - a lot of reading required

The game was fun for a month but yeah it got boring real quick nothing to keep you playing unless you love to farm and decorate every day?

It’s boring and does not have all that many things to do. Not a craft/survive game for sure! It’s fun for couple of days and rest is just the hype.

Glad my daughter likes it but not a game for me. If u like checking in a game everyday, u will probably like it.

I thought this was a console, not a handheld. I guess I should have done some research.

This game was purchased for my girlfriend. Based on how much she's played it, I'm not sure it's the most engaging game. Maybe if she had more time to put into it?

Definitely helped my kid learn to read more and faster and kept them interested! The expansion is good too, but dont buy it if you’re planning on getting the online expansion pack.
