I played over 1000 hours of New Leaf and thoroughly enjoyed it. I got tired of New Horizons after less than 40 hours. The crafting is tedious and unnecessary and there really isn't much else to do.

the game its self is great my granddaughter loves it. But had to buy it twice cause the digital version did not work. So ended up buying the physical version. Huge pain. Never buying digital again.

You can only make 1 island per game/per switch. If you have multiple children, only one can be the leader at a time. Whoever named the island can never leave it, so it's essentially "theirs". There is no split screen and all other players must follow the leader and only the leader can enter buildings. Of course, my children aren't happy about this and they were so excited about this game. If you only have one switch and one copy of this game but more than 1 child, it's kind of lame. Definitely experiencing buyer's remorse.

It is good for single player but when both my daughters are playing in co-op mode only one can really do things, like picking apples and put them in the inventory or even see the inventory, it defeats the purpose of playing together.

I sold my old switch and upgraded to the v2 version and i lost atleast 40 hours worth of gameplay all because it doesn't save to the cloud. No way to transfer that data onto the new console as well. This turned me off. This game is forgettable.

Game and extra bonus were to have been picked up at store. Game was delivered to house , extra was at store which I couldn’t pick up due to virus outbreak. Why were both delivered to house?

Maybe I’m just getting old but I don’t understand this game at all. My 7 year old seems to enjoy playing but seems more like an island animal cult to me.

This came too late. We expected delivery on 3/20. Since it didnt show up until 3/23 we went to store to buy on the date released. You shouldn't advertise that you will deliver on the release date if you dont honor that. Sorry best buy.

If you're a fan of mindlessly gathering and selling to pay off your debt to animals whom enslaved you on their island, buy this game. Otherwise, this game has no entertainment value and all you do is payoff debt and decorate.

My 4 year old did not enjoy this. Never ended up playing it twice. This is for older kids in their teen years.

Great game just not for me my daughters enjoy it I like more violent and action games this is too soft and sweet for my liking.

I wanted this game to be so good. We played it for maybe a week and then traded it in. It’s cute and has value if you like grinding I guess

This game got many more hype that it was worth . I wouldn’t of paid 60 dollars for it , at the very least , it should be priced at 25 .00

This has already happened more than once and now my daughter won't play it anymore. You made a game that you can't save your progress on your own and when it becomes corrupt, all the previous progress is ERASED! She was heartbroken the first time it happened but when it happened again, she was done. She didn't want to put in all the time and effort just for it to be lost and for there to be NO SOLUTION or RESPONSE from Nintendo. This game has now been collecting dust for months. To be honest, I want my money back.

Games kinda boring and hard to understand idk how it’s meant for kids.

I dont like that you can only have 1 island for multiple users. The game wasn't played that much by the kids and now it just sits to the side.

My daughter, who loves animals, wanted this but I do not see her playing it often. She wants to play with friends and maybe they haven’t figured that out yet.

Fun for a while but becomes dull and could use more content. The game kinda requires you to make your own fun in a way which is nice but not for everyone.

Probably wasn’t Best Buy’s fault but I took about a month to get here other than that I love the game can’t put it down
