Arrived delayed with the case bent and game missing, returned case awaiting refund

Didnt even get to enjoy the game because best buy delivery service is the worst.. Day after delay just ended up going to target to pick up another game... Will not buy anything online at nest buy again if they dont change delivery service providers...

Its a good game, but the fact that I can't have multiple saves on one nintendo switch is beyond stupid and absurd. I share my switch with my younger sister and this is total B.S by nintendo.

How can I get my console the store has been closed and now the order was canceled but it’s still at the store because nobody is working there and there is now pickup option because the store has been closed for a month.

Still waiting for my credit I had to buy in store. I have the game from in style purchase. Still have my deposit! Unable to get s hold of anyone. Including store manager from match 19. Still no return call!

HATE Animal Crossing what a waste of a game totally awful game and it is tragically dumb.

Just Horrible. Collect Pears firewood shake trees Yada Yada Yada. It’s such a boring game. Where is the competition or action. Slowest snd most boring game for $50. No Thank You !!

Game is terrible my daughter used it for an hour and never played it again. I guess if you want to pretend and make little lands of your own it might be for you.

Worked for 1 hour! Won’t update and my kiddo is so upset that Santa brought something that won’t work. Nintendo is useless when attempting to remedy the problem.

Horrible, only because they didn't send me the game and they only sent me the screen cleaner period the point was to receive the game for my son's birthday.

It was shipped last week and was supposed to arrive on Monday but have yet to receive anything. It still says it’s in transit but have had no updates on where it is.

Customer service was confusing and the service was poor. Staff person was rude and unapologetic! Will look elsewhere in the future for my and my family’s needs.

I heard this is a popular game, but when I play it, I realize it isn't my type. So guys, do watch some videos before you make the purchase.

My 7 year old did not like it. Played it maybe 3 times and now refuses to play because the game restarts every time. Would not recommend it!

my ordered was marked "delivered" and still isn't here, nobody is working the phones or chats which I understand there just no way to get the game now lol

Can have only one profile set up if you have more than one person that wants to play don’t buy it unless you have more than one switch

Don’t buy a digital download through Best Buy 8 weeks and no code ever sent. No good way to even address this issue through website.

Very very slow. And very boring. I’m also a young adult, maybe it would be better for kids.

lacks a lot of elements dead dosent have the same feeling and there is far less things you can actually do on the island. for the bab bys
