Item came damage. Best buy should learn how to ship games.

AND YOUR HELP SYSTEM IS USELESS, REALLY REALLY broken and useless

Still haven’t been able to play it can’t seem to get the switch

Was supposed to receive it 3 days ago still hasn't came.

Not my purchase. You must have made a mistake somewhere.

I paid for next day air and it took a week to get it

Bought this game as a Christmas gift, and when it was opened Christmas morning we found someone had replaced the cartridge with a 3D printed rectangle. I didn't bother to check the game when it was first picked from the store (online pick up order) because it was sealed, and Best Buy in my opinion, was a trusted place. The store was closed for Christmas but I was able to contact someone from customer service online and am now awaiting a refund. I'll update on the game itself whenever we're able to repurchase.

I’m obsessed with this game! It’s so much fun and also a great way to end a hard work day/week. Getting lost in your island and making it the best it can be! I 100% recommend this game for kids and adults!

I've had my game for a little for a week now, It was definitely more confusing at first but as I make progress. The game gets more fun it's really just a simple relaxing game, I'm not completely obsessed with it, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars. However it's still a decent game I just wouldn't pay sixty dollars for it

Animal Crossing is super fun, and there's always something to do. You start out with a basic island, which you slowly transform into your home sweet home. You can eventually buy a house, add levels to it, and invite people to live at your island. I have also planted flowers and put various decorations near my house. You can also fish and catch regular fish and sharks. You can also catch insects. You can then later display these creatures at a museum on your island. The game is super fun and relaxing and is a great way to escape the stressful aspects of life.

This game is so fun! The whole family has a place on our island and we all look forward to logging in every night and seeing what sort of new things we can find! Fun game perfect for adults or young kids.

Whether or not you have played an animal crossing game in the past this is a delightful new adventure so far!

i get up, i put on clothes and i go to work every day. i pretend to care about the corporate drudgery, but in real life? actually? i just want to be home chillin with my fellow island folk. nothing can compare to the pure ecstasy of catching a fish at 2 in the morning or handing my best friend some furniture that she'll put up immediately. big love to you, animal crossing, my skin has never been clearer

This game is fun and very relaxing. It is worth buying. It's easy to figure out.

Animal crossing will always be the cozy game I play. I highly recommend it to anyone

The game starts off somewhat slow compared to other animal crossing games but once you get your feet on the ground things start to pick up rapidly. The amount of new customization in the game trumps all other previous games and I would highly recommend this game to anyone.

This game is great if you love customization and are able to set a game plan and drive your own focus. But the lack of npc personality diversity, interactions, and objectives kind of detracts from how good it could be. Some mini games would have been nice!

My 14-year old son put about 170 hours into it so far. Even after he completed the story mode, there was still a lot to do to improve his island. My son was a big fan of the previous 3DS game and the new Switch game didn't disappoint. He said it is tedious at times and difficult to get his favorite characters, but he always comes back to it and enjoys it.
