Great game. Have always been a fan of Animal Crossing. This latest version has improved in every way. Numerous details added in the graphics department, including shadows on the ground from moving clouds, and also other lighting effects. Spoiler alert.... Tom Nooks is still the mortgage mafia. Only complaint is that only 1 island can be chosen to be played per Switch unit at a time. The game was released just when the US was locked down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Great unplanned public service on Nintendo's part.

I bought this game as a gift for my fiancée and she cannot stop playing it. Very fun and I love how creative you can get with it.

Great family friendly game for most ages. Interactive and easy to navigate through. Should be on everyone's list.

We bought it for our 14 year old daughter and she's really enjoying playing this game. It's really interactive and makes you think.

My wife loves it she’s always playing it w our son he also loves it. I never played it but they love it 10/10 they both have separate accounts too it’s good because my son actually likes it and this game stimulates his brain bc he has to read and carry out task in the game and helps him understand problems as well as problem solve

I’ve never played Animal Crossing until now. I figured since I would be home more, it might be a good time to try it out. I’m slightly embarrassed to admit I’ve put 150 hours into this game in one dang month. It is so much fun building your own island and decorating. There’s even a “stalk market” where you buy turnips for one price and hope to resale at a much higher price. It’s a great game to play with friends - you can visit each other’s islands and catalog items they have that you want on your own island.

I have absolutely loved New Horizons so far. Your tools having limited uses took for getting used to (since I've been playing since GC's AC), but I got used to it. The graphics are super smooth while keeping that classic Animal Crossing feel, the wind blowing through the flowers and leaves on the trees is phenomenal... I have so much love for this game already; it hasn't even been a month! But Bunny Day? ...I have never hated Easter, but after 2020, I will dread its arrival every year for the rest of my life.

what a great game to play with my family. We have loved how easy going it is. Even our 3 year old has been able to learn to play.

I didn't know what to expect with this game but based on reviews I gave it a chance. It's actually pretty fun to play and create your own world. Plenty of options to create and see what other users are doing as well for inspiration. I would recommend this game. Endless entertainment.

I've always been a fan of Animal Crossing and New Horizons doesn't disappoint! It's so much fun! Great for newcomers to AC as well.

This is one of my favorite games. I love the art in the game, the creative freedom, and characters. I always think I'll play for a little while and before I realize, HOURS have passed because of how addicting this game is. I love that we can design clothes/paths and it is fun to collect items in the game. I do wish we had more design slots or that Nintendo added new items/clothes to the game since most people have already collected them all but I am hoping this will happen in future updates

God this for my wife and she has not stopped playing it. You can't go wrong with Animal crossing for endless fun.

My son wanted the “fishing game” as soon as my sister in law showed it to him. I searched every store for availability but with the Covid19 situation I was unable to find it in stores. BestBuy had it in stock with free shipping and it even came a few days early! My son LOVES this game! He is four and can play independently if he wants or he can ask us for help if he wants us to be involved in what he is doing. Highly recommend this game! (This coming from someone who isn’t a fan of video games in general!!)

This is the 1st Animal crossing game i ever played and i love it. There are endless possibilities the sky is the limit with this game! You can visit friend's islands that you know have this game, you can share items, fruits, clothing ect..with your online friends to help each other progress in the game. There is so much to do like fish, catch bugs, talk to island residents, build houses, create a city or country or whatever you wish! Cant say enough of how fun this game is. Try it you will not regret it!

Great classic game that teaches responsibility along with fun.

If you want something thats relaxing and nice, this is the game for you. I've been playing this series since the original on Gamecube, but this is probably the best of the series so far. I'd start up the game expecting to spend maybe 30 minutes in the session... but when I'd look up it would be time for bed. Its quite addicting building up your little island and relationships. i will say that the game does take several real days to really open up and get fully into though. So be prepared for a slow start.

My kids absolutely love the game and the parents are gradually getting into it too. Never ending fun and enjoyable adventures.

Overall this is a really cute and creative games. I haven't played much yet, but my kids love it. It is a bit disappointing that it's not possible to have separate Islands on the same Switch. Even if you are ok with sharing, only one player can do everything on an island every one else is some what limited. It's also unfortunate that there is no way to back up or transfer the save for this game to another Switch. Nintendo says it's coming, but the game has been out over month with no news about this.
