Great game .. a good way to pass the time while under stay at home order

This game is one of those relaxing type games. It’s addictive and calming.

This is my first Animal Crossing game since the original, and overall much of the formula appears to have not changes. It is a cute game, that is incredibly good at wasted hours time. The timing on its release could not have been better. I was worried that the crating system and durability on items would lead to a micro transaction system, but that doesn’t seem the case. It’s simply there to add yet another system capable of eating up your time. Though some of the online system implementation is a bit clunky and frustrating, that is typical of Nintendo. If you like exploration, living worlds, and player housing, that’s what you’ll get - it’s certainly animal crossing. If you don’t like the sensation of having to give a game daily attention, then this isn’t for you.
