I left my wife and kids for this game and I will say to you it is 100 percent worth it. The game looks and feels amazing. It feels like an upgraded new leaf. As well as the minor draw back is 1 island per switch but, if you leave your wife and kids thats not a problem.

There is so much to do on Animal Crossings New Horizon. Completely different from the previous game. New tasks to complete to keep daily, new villagers to meet and talk to everyday. It brings a sense of community that we're currently lacking. I absolutely love this game!

This games was desperately needed and it couldn't have come at a better time! It's fun, charming, cute, and something is always going on! And the events are just as fun as well! (eh, Bunny Day was debatable) The Halloween event is coming soon and CANNOT WAIT!

This is my first time playing Animal Crossing, other than the pocketcamp version on my phone. This game is really fun and I definitely could play for hours on end if I let myself. It has a really great storyline and there’s always more to do so you never lose interest!

My wife and both kids (grade schoolers) love this game. We've bought multiple copies of the game so that everyone can play together. In times of old, the families used to circle around board games. Now, my family games together with a few Nintendo Switches!

I received this game as part of the Nintendo Switch bundle I purchased. I have played Animal Crossing years ago on Gamecube so I expected it to be good. I underestimate just how good. This game is addictive and amazing fun. I have yet to even try my other games.

This game is very cool. My kids really seem to be enjoying it a lot and Best Buy had one of the best prices on it!

I was skeptical about this game at first but it's addicting and there's always something new. I love how everything changes with the season.. I haven't played in awhile and now I need to!

This is my 1st animal crossings game, and all in all I enjoy this game a good bit. There are things you should know if you plan on playing this game with your family. I bought this game as a gift for my son, but there are three gamers in the house that are playing this game. The 1st thing you should know about playing this game in a house where multiple people want to play it is 1) "whoever starts the game the 1st time has most of the creative power." The game was for my son, so he loaded it and named the island, picked the layout and is the primary representative with Tom Nook in the game. His game progression dictates the overall progression of the game for all the people playing on that switch system. Everyone else has to share the 1st person's island. Tom Nook will not talk to the non-primary resident about many of the things in the game that advances the island. 2) the non primary resident doesn't get their own island. They can invite additional people to the island once key things are performed by the primary resident. They can also contribute bells towards funding projects such as bridges and inclines but rely on the primary resident to place these things. More than one player can play at the same time on the same console but there is always a leader... You can pass who is leader fairly simple but in my house this devolves into arguments between the kids. A large focus in the game is on resource gathering. Some things become available based on time played. You have to wait until the next days for construction sites to be completed even for fully funded bridges and inclines. There are tons of items in the game, but some are seasonal. Some items are only available at certain times of the day. Nook's Cranny (the in game store) is only open from 8am - 10pm and then there is a drop off service that you can use to sell things after hours (i'm not kidding) at 80% of the value. I feel like I'm griping, however I just think these are things you should consider if you share the switch among several people. I would recommend this game.

This is my absolute favorite game to play on the switch. I love the endless possibilities to customize your island and so therapeutic to play. I highly recommend this game for those who own a Nintendo switch console.

This is my first Animal Crossing I've put some time into. I gotta say I'm addicted! You're on a destination to a deserted island and you build a life there! Customize your home and collect items to put on your island!! Its a great escape during this Coronavirus epidemic!

This is the perfect game to take your mind off of the chaos of the outside world. Near infinite customization and building options. Do not buy this if you can't afford to miss work for the next 3 weeks trying to get your town rank up and pay off that house upgrade loan!

This game has taken the original Animal Crossing from the GameCube and lifted it up to a whole new level. The new detail and simple quality of play additions have brought this series to a new level. I think this game is great for people of all ages and game backgrounds.

So.... my wife and I bought this game for my two daughters and I was thinking how can we be spending this much money on this dumb game but then I started playing it and now I can’t stop and I won’t let my girls even play it haha. It’s a pretty addictive game.

New Horizons is by far my most played game of 2020. I would be ashamed to admit how many hundreds of hours that I have played. There is always something to do on the island - every day. The frequent updates from Nintendo help to keep things fresh.

My boys love this game. I find it interesting that they are so into it because there is virtually no action to this game. Yet they will spend hours on it just to gather items for their tent. Guess the game is like real life where it is human nature to collect stuffs.

You Are A Villager Of A New Island Make Friends With The Other Locals Befriend New Ones And Expand Your Village With New Animal Characters Collect Items To Fill Your Museum Shop And Make Your Home More Presentable Visit Your Real Life Friends Islands So Much Fun

Super fun game, played many many hours during Covid and couldn't go anywhere since places were closed. If you haven't played an AC game, you should grab this one as they are constantly adding content!

If you want an escapist experience to rid tour troubles away from the current predicament outside with the pandemic this game is for you..I never played Animal Croasing before but this game has made me a fan there is so much to do. Lots of customization for your island

New Horizons came out at the perfect time. This game got me through the worst of (for now) the quarantine and it's still a pleasure to play even now. The slow pacing of the game may not appeal to all but it is a nice break from hectic or stressful daily routines.
