This is my first Animal Crossing game and I must say... Was I missing out this whole time?! This game is pretty awesome! The only con I can think of is the learning curve. The game doesn't really teach or tell you how to do certain things. It just teaches you the basics and sets you off to create, build, and decorate your own deserted island! Online play is great if you have friends to play! Hilarious, fun moments happen when playing with friends. I would definitely recommend this game if you don't mind the daily grind. Oh! and everything is based on the real-world time. So if you build houses, it will take a couple real-time days for the house and the villager to move in, a couple days. If you have an idea on how you want to live your deserted island life, you can put it into the game!

The kids love this game! It is fairly intuitive, and allows kids to play at various ages 6+

If you're a fan of animal crossing than this game is a no brainer to buy. I bought my girlfriend a switch just to play this game. We've already put over 100 hours each into the game since launch. You can't go wrong with this one.

I'm not a fan. I bought this for my girlfriend. She is huge fan. She is happy having this game during this COVID 19 pandemic. She is able to visit her friends through the game and have an adventure at the same time on the sofa.

Excellent sequel to previous games, wife loves playing on the switch lite.

My seven-year-old son install this on his Nintendo switch and I just asked him and he thinks it is great he plays it routinely Best Buy has the best price and even better if you wait for it to go on sale

My son is 10 years old. He gets bored easily with other games. But this game is a little different. He's been playing it for months now. He comes up to me and ask how do I like what he build. Fun game for the kids.

Animal crossing is a great cozy game in which you can make your deserted island look amazing with all sorts of animals

The kind of game where there are very modest goals, do some in-game chores, maybe a little gardening, definitely some interior decorating. It’s a peaceful little game. Some people turn it into an obsessive hunt for every little thing but I prefer to just spend 20 or 30 minutes a day checking in. I will say the attention to detail here is really adorable: vending machines that really vend, fish that wriggle and glisten in the sun, snow globes that can be shaken. Charming.

I had 0 interest in playing this game, but my friend got me into it and it was a fun grind. I'm not currently playing it anymore, but definitely one of the best Nintendo Switch games a person can get for the console.

As expected, another great title to the animal crossing franchise. The details in this game are insane. You can now customize everything. This game is great for people of all ages due to the family friendly content and activities.

Nice, relaxing game. Crafting brings a new element to the formula of Animal Crossing. Cute characters, good customization of your home and items, many bugs, fish and fossils to collect. Great way to pass the time in small spurts.

Bought the nintendo switch for my granddaughter's birthday. She loves it and the games that go with the device. The game was challenging for her at first but once she got the hang of it she loves playing it. Hours of fun.

Player's Warning: This game is so addictive. It is fun to play with the whole family. Nintendo updates often and many events to participate in. You can interact with your friends makes this game a Pandemic gem.

I bought this game after hearing about it from friends and seeing all the rave that it was getting online. I'm glad that I listened to them and bought it! It's a game that will consume you and you'll become addicted in no time.

I love Animal Crossing, with the updates there are new things added! Plus seasons changing is very exciting as new DIYs are added too! Worth every penny. It is also another great addition to an amazing line of games.

The game is a hit or miss. If you like chill games then I think it’s worth it. Only down side is that it’s 1 island per console. So if you share your switch, then only one of you can actually play the game.

I have been playing the Nintendo DS original version of this game for almost 13 years now and love every second of it. Just bought this today and haven't put it down in over 12 hours. I LOVE IT and highly recommend it to everyone!

To be honest, this wasn't my favorite game. But I still sunk over a hundred hours into it. I bought it because my roommate bought it, and I had fun for a while. She still plays it everyday, and will continue to do so. I would recommend watching a review and gameplay, before buying, to be sure. On the other hand, I know at least a few people that live and die by this game. No matter the opinions, I enjoyed my time on my island.
