Bought this for my 13 year old. He loves it. It has a bit of reading, interpersonal relationships, and budgeting lessons. Good wholesome fun without anyone being shot or dying.

I’ve been playing this game for about a month and I would highly recommend it! I’ve used it to unwind and to hang out online (requires Nintendo Online) with friends during the pandemic. There are a couple new mechanics hat they have introduced that frustrate me as a long time AC player, but I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a slow-paced simulator to distract themselves.

They've added a lot from the older versions and it makes for an even better game

Great relaxing game if you're bored. I tried getting into it but after the first day of purchase, which was over a month ago, possibly two, I haven't played since (that's just me). The island leaders tells players what to do and when. It feels redundant. (I don't like being told what to do, lol)

Honestly this game is all that's keeping me sane right now. Cute and fun characters, and I can "virtually" hang out with my friends that I miss so much during this quarantine. I play this at work whenever I don't actually need to be working. Starts off very slow but gets more pleasant and immersive. There are some things that could be more user friendly but it's still quite lovely.
