    Although my 1st order was cancelled due to UPS losing or misplacing the package. I spoke with representative that assisted me in placing a credit to my account. I proceeded to order the product again to another BESTBUY location and they were able to ship my order. Unfortunately my daughter ordered her system from another vendor and it kept on delaying her request. Thank You BestBuy! Between the actual store and the online reps I want to thank you for the excellent service that your company has done during this difficult times
