My girlfriend and I play this game regularly throughout the week (we have two switches and 2 copies of this game), and it provides some great variation from just watching TV. Traveling to the other islands is pretty easy, and it is a ton of fun!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a wonderful addition to the franchise. It offers a lot of new features while keeping the best of the previous games. It's a slow start at first, but there's always something to do in Animal Crossing: New Horizons!

Please just buy it and de-stress. There’s nothing the world could use more right now than an island getaway where you get to build and curate and sort everything out... in a way you wish the real world would. I’m already past 130 hours invested.

This game is still an anomaly in the video game world though not as much as it once was with other games like stardew valleyfiling the same niche. It does deliver on taking you away into your own little world that is as soft and cute as possible.

Very peaceful and creative. Although you are still in debt in this game so it makes it very realistic

I've played each animal crossing game since the GameCube, and this one does not disappoint. It takes a bit of work to get your island up and running, but aside from that, there are many things to do that will keep you entertained!

This was my first foray into Animal Crossing. I heard good things and decided to give it a try. I was not prepared for the amount of things to do and see! This is the perfect video game for these times when we are social distancing from each other.

It’s a real time life sim, so if you get bored it’s your own fault, they have A LOT you can do and build. The first week is way more limited, so if you ARE bored just wait some time and you’re gonna have a blast. Meanwhile start hoarding materials.

I love this game, brings back old memories of animal crossings on the gamecube. Can't wait for the timeless adventures.

This game is so chill and laid back. It’s a great game to not feel pressure to keep progressing. I like the change of pace and the couch co-op play with my family. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who wants to take it easy and relax.

Super addicting game. I didn't think id be this into it, its nice. You can get creative with your island and even get cool villagers to move in. You can also go to your friend’s island if they have the game + Nintendo Switch Online.

My wife and I love this game. Its a fun way to spend an evening together. But do be aware if you play on one switch it has only one island so if everyone wants their own island or save file you have to buy them a new switch and the game.

Great graphics, very easy to use gameplay. I enjoy all the different outfits and accessories to choose from. It is very easy to lose yourself in the game, very immersive.

Old time Animal crossing fan and this game is a worthy succesor of the franchise. It has all the elements you love and so much more. It's soothing and enjoyable, stress free and a super nice way to unwind after a long day.

This game has been very relaxing for me. I enjoy the game play, graphics, and interaction with others. While being at home all day this has kept me occupied and content. It's a little bit different than it's pervious versions but still a fun game.

Wonderful game so far! I enjoyed New Leaf, so being able to play this on my TV or handheld is pretty nifty, plus we are all staying indoors. It's a perfect combination. This is a very stress-free game and is actually a great stress reliever. There is a little something for everyone in this game, young and old alike. I will say that I understand the low ratings involving the one island per console, but I don't share my switch and I'm solo, so I'm good. I don't think a mechanic in online play should necessarily sway someone away from this great game. Hopefully Nintendo will add something later to fix that, but for right now I love it for what it is, and that is a very fun escape from the dark world around right now. Honestly, I had no idea what this game was about until I bought my daughter a Nintendo switch, bought this game, and then watched her play it for awhile. The kids she plays with online are very friendly and every one just want to have fun.

It's been years since we got a new Animal Crossing game and this is definitely worth the wait! Starting out on a deserted island and working your way up is a great experience and memorable one at that. Can't wait to see what the next day brings!

Started to play this with all the craziness going on and being stuck at home. Wife and kids love playing it and watching as well. Upgrades to the house get crazy expensive but overall it doesn't take an extreme amount of time to finish the loans.
