I have played too much of this game, and even then, it's not nearly as much as my friends have played it. This is by far the best Animal Crossing yet. Being able to decorate outside makes all the difference in the world. I always liked Animal Crossing, but never considered myself that hardcore into it. This one, I've already played for 7 months, and plan to keep going. I might actually stick with it for a whole year! I've never done that with AC before.

This is in my opinion one of the best Animal Crossing games the series has to offer. DIY allows you to create so many different kinds of things. Island Designer once unlocked allows all sorts of possibilities for your island. Not to mention you can import custom designs and place them outside or on your house walls etc. The game has expanded and improved significantly. Though there are some quality of life changes I wish were in the game, the game is still worth 5 stars to me

Cute game, decent price. Children need to be able to read or someone with them to read to them.

These are my son and wife's words, it was a gift. The game itself is fun and enjoyable. Online play allows friends from around the country to join and play together. The landscape reflects the actual season where you live (everything in the game is covered in snow right now). The aquarium is "most tranquil." Gameplay is smooth and graphics are sharp and clear. My son plays for hours. He recommends it if you like these types of games.

Animal Crossing:NH is basically like every other animal crossing. This is not a bad thing. You'll spend your time fishing, catching bugs, planting flowers, and decorating your home. The improvements in this edition (besides being the first core AC game in high definition) include the ability to place decorations anywhere on your island (not just in your home), more control over the look of your island, and a simple but fun crafting system. If you like AC, your like AC:NH.

Fun game for those looking to pass the time. Long term play is hit or miss. There is not end goal and unless you are playing with friends. Due to this, the game can get boring quickly. It's still a great game and my friends love it. I got bored after 2 weeks.

Animal Crossing : A Covid Trend For The Masses

I bought Animal Crossing back in the first months of summer after covid quarantined us all off the hype but didn’t take to the game right away. I was too busy being entranced by Super Smash Bros, and, especially, Zelda BOTW. But now I plan to go back to the game and find out what’s so great about Animal Crossing. I already looove the graphics and characters, hopefully the gameplay is just as good.

Let me start by saying I played almost every animal crossing previously released, and so far after about 50 days of play time this animal crossing is the best one yet! So much to do and see and doing on the switch is nice because of the graphics. I recommend to any animal crossing fan or anyone looking to lose themselves in a game. So much is going on in this game hard to explain in a small product review. I suggest watching a video review too. Overall I'd give 5 stars!

the game itself is fun, but... 1. One player game: similar to pokemon let's go pikachu. second player can join but with super limitation. 2. there can be only one island. once one player creates an island, the other players are stuck in the same island. 3. gameplay experience = just too slow for me a. lots of dialogue = no option to skip b. eating fruits = why can't we eat all at once? eat one by one. c. sending cards = similar to eating fruits = can't send multiple cards at the same time. there are many residents and takes too long to send one by one to all of them c. swimming = slow for me... at least make some items that will make it faster temporarily? d. tools = breaks too often for me so need to make it again and again. e. etcs.

An absolutely adorable game for all ages in which you build a village full of adorable animal friends, all while upgrading your home and island as you see fit. Between farming, designing clothes, and getting new animals to join your village, there's hours of entertainment and lots of fun co-op to be had online. The bag included in this bundle was made of nice, soft material, actually opens and is durable enough to actually hold things. A lovely add on for an adorable game.

Animal Crossing is the type of game you just want to play to escape a hard day. Simple to get to, but hard to put down once you get familiar with the game. Different from a typical game whose objective is to complete it, Animal crossing will continue as far as you want to. Highly recommend you give it a try, saying any more will spoil the experience that it is to experience the game for yourself.

My favorite game! It’s so fun, I find myself playing for hours at a time. It’s a great family-friendly game too. I am 27 and I enjoy cozy games in the evenings or if I’m just relaxing and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend it for anyone!

Despite being a long-time Nintendo customer, this is really my first foray into the Animal Crossing world. I never thought there was a big difference between this and the Harvest Moon genre, but the customization features and personalities of the characters make a big difference. In-game events keep you coming back daily — although I strongly prefer physical copies over digital games, I have to admit it might make sense to have a digital copy of this one.
