Okay now listen, I'm a bit of a sucker for Animal Crossing- so this is probably bias. But mmm I love this game. I have almost 700 hours in it which is by no means healthy. I feel like there are a few things that New Leaf did better doe, but hey- its Animal Crossing! Buy it or else I will uh...uhhh...yeah I don't care what you do. All I know is that writing reviews on best buy gives me points.

Such a cute game! Got this for my daughter in law! She loved it and now she can play with us!!

I bought this as a gift for my sister for Christmas. When she comes over to my parents house, she brings her Switch along and we play it the whole time. It's officially the only game she plays now. It beats Pokemon Go (her all time favorite game) as the game she invests all her time in. The fun part is, since I played Animal Crossing New Leaf, I get to help her out while she plays.

My kids absolutely love this game! Peaceful and engaging distraction from our daily life.

I loved this game when it came out! It was fun to play for awhile and really gives you the feeling like you have your own different life in the game. You can decorate your house, inside & out, and the land around your island. Characters all have different personalities and are fun to talk to! Even more fun to play online with friends. You can go fishing, bug hunting, constructing, and shopping!

Fantastic game can’t put it down, the only downside is one island per console.

Take to the dodo skies and fly to your picturesce paradise where you'll spend hours vibing with a loan sharking racoon, fashionista the hedgehog, John Mayer as a smug white dog and some of the most relaxing music since Jack Johnson serenaded you on the beach 20 years ago. This game is digital bliss, so don't focus on progression and wealth..Bells aren't everything ya know.

Never played any animal crossing games before, this was my first one and it is absolutely amazing. If you want an action packed constantly on your edge game, this is NOT for you. This is a great game for relaxing and just listening to tunes. This is the type of sim game to build a village and go crafting, etc. Packed with great free updates constantly, there is always new things coming to the game.

This have is fun and relaxing. You could design your own island and house and everything. There's no enemies to fight or any action but I still found it really fun. It's very expansive with a lot of options. Once you play this, it's hard to play another game of the same type, because this is the funnest and best one I've tried so far. From kids to adults, everyone loves this game. A must have for switch.

I bought this game back in March during the shutdown and finally got around to playing it in September. Never thought I would like it as much as I do. My wife and daughter love it and finally convinced me to try it. Now I see how friends have spent hundreds of hours playing this fun, relaxing game. Wish I would have listened months ago when others told me to check it out! Highly recommend AC.

This is a game that will never get old. Since this game adopts the real life time, you'll want to keep coming back. It reminds me of the never ending story movie because things will happen all the time even without you being there. Holidays will be celebrated and events will happen so make sure you're present. It's a great game to collect, craft and trade. You'll have fun playing this game for years to come!

This version of Animal Crossing is the best yet! So many things to collect and sell, etc.

The timing of the release of this game worked well for us--our state had just issued stay at home orders and the schools closed for the rest of the year. We ordered online and picked up the item at Best Buy (they brought it out to our car) and that was very fast and convenient. Our teen daughter is enjoying this game and she can play with her brother on the same console since there is party play/co-op option.

If you're a fan of past Animal Crossing titles, you'll love this one too. It has all the charm plus additional things like crafting to make it fresh. Even if you haven't played one previously, anyone that enjoys casual, stress-free games will enjoy it! Also wanted to give a quick shout out to Best Buy, I pre-ordered this title and it came out during the middle of a pandemic, and it was still delivered on time!

The emphasis is on customization and decoration, so if you are the kind of person who likes to collect, personalize, and just relax with cute animal neighbors, you should definitely pick this up. The November 2021 update and DLC added a ton of new worthwhile content and features as well, but there is plenty to enjoy in the base game.

Fun game for the kids. They are really enjoying everything that this game offers.
