Posted .A common issue with the PowerPort 5W Wireless charging pad is customers use them with 1A wall chargers, keep in mind, we recommend using a 2A wall charger. 1A wall charger just isn't going to push through enough electricity to prove a wireless charge.

Posted .Thanks for the feedback! You will find that it charges more slowly than a cable, as Qi charging does need to send energy wirelessly - therefore there more energy loss than a direct connection.
